Pleased with mats for our Smart ForFour only comment receipt of mats from placing order to delivery was a little slow

I received today some good looking car mats, that were an excellent fit.
I contacted the company about changing my delivery address and it was no problem.
Great value.

I ordered these car mats with a custom logo and colours. The communication was great, and the mats arrived promptly. They are of great quality for the price, and fit the car perfectly. All in all, a good deal!!

Ordered car mats for my Jag late one night. The process was very simple and they arrived a short time later.
Exactly what I was looking for, great quality and perfect fit.

Avoid. Abysmal company to deal with, very amateurish, with appalling communications. Ordered mats via website which they subsequently couldn't supply. Received a refund but lots of negative attitude with it. So ordered mats via another company and received in 2 working days for a lower price. Night and day service which further highlighted deficiencies with Carmats2u. Go elsewhere for peace of mind. I'm not often given cause to leave negative reviews but this lot fully deserve it.

Great set of car mats received. Easy process and arrived very quickly. As the mats can be personalised this added a great touch to any car. Mats are great quality and the logo matches my car which is fab. Well worth the money and would recommend to friends and family.

I ordered full set of mats for Volvo V70. Went for the standard at around £32 with postage. Took around ten days but I did change colour just before they were made. They were an excellent fit on the floor peg fittings and quality was very decent. May be worth looking at upgrades depending on what you want.
All in all these are a great product at a very good price. Would certainly buy from them again. They are a busy company so have a little patience, they do get back to you. Thank you

So I ordered custom car mats with a boot liner. I didn’t receive a proper order confirmation with details of my order, just an acknowledgment.
I did receive the car mats just over a week later (no paperwork enclosed st all) but no boot liner to be seen- it has now been over three weeks. The number on the website is not in use but has an option to leave a message, which I have. I’ve also sent several emails and Facebook messages with absolutely no response. The next step will be to raise this as a claim with my credit card company which is something I could do without wasting time on.
The items I did receive were lovely so it’s a real shame that aftercare or any kind of communication is just non existent.

Top quality mats. However don't expect to be kept informed of unexpected delays. I suspect they are busy fulfilling orders but communication with customers is just as important as the quality of the end product.
Would I use them again. Yes i would.

Sorry but would not use them again, they do not answer the phone, they do not answer e-mails, it was three months and order still not complete, only got a refund after threatening legal action!!!!

Had initially put a bad review for this company, but the problem came about because of an email problem. I have received my car mats, but have also received a full refund because of the initial problem. Hopefully, carmats2u have sorted their communication issues out and are now able to reply to queries etc. Thank you for the refund, which is most appreciated - this is an honest company that has had some IT problems! I have been informed by carmats2u that some of the reviews actually refer to another company of a similar name - this has been reported to trust-pilot by carmats2u, but have to date, failed to act.
