I too have been duped by this scam. After repeated emails requesting a reply I find myself writing this to warn others not to make the same mistake as I. Let my loss be your warning!

Ordered a set of mats in September 2017, got an email confirming order thena another a few days later to say 'final trimming - next email on despatch' Since then nothing, have emailed 4 times, tried ringing but telephone number but all you get is a message saying they are unavailable. Given up now & put a claim in with my credit card company.
Company is probably best avoided.

Ordered the mats and when they eventually arrived they were wrong. Tried to contact carmats2u so many times through email as requested on their website but had no reply. Tried to call over a dozen times and no answer. Feel like I've been let down and stitched up.
Avoid Carmats2u at all costs and I would advise anyone to go elsewhere as they don't make them anyway carmats4u are their suppliers and they are cheaper if you contact them direct

They have a chance to redeem themselves but it will take exceptional service from here. So far VERY disappointed with the mats and the service - sorry lack of any service. Wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered.
Left messages and emails but no hint of a reply.
Come on you must be able to do better.

Ordered some mats for my S1 Lotus Elise on the 30th July.
Got an email on 1st August asking which model it was for, I replied the I thought i'd put on the order that it was for a 98 S1.
Received a reply to that apologizing for their mistake. So far, so good.
The mats arrived in good time but on opening the package i could see immediately they were for a different model year, either the S2 or S3. I was also disappointed with the quality and in particular the edging which hadn't been folded over before stitching, therefor leaving an untidy inner edge. For something that cost nearly £50 (bear in mind there's only 2 mats for an Elise) I was expecting more.
I emailed on the 7th August with my complaint but had not heard back by the 9th so sent another.
Got a reply the same day saying they it was again their mistake and he had contacted the factory and it will be resolved the next day.
Got another email on the 10th saying they had dispatched a new set.
And that dear readers was the last I heard from them, no delivery, and no reply to my emails asking first where the order was and then another 2 asking for a refund.

I would not trust the integrity of this company.

I ORDERED CAR MATS IN JUNE, IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER AND NO SIGN. NO RESPONSE FROM PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL. I SUSPECT THAT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MADE UP BY THE COMPANY!

Good quality, good fit and good look for a decent price. Would easily recommend.

Slightly longer delivery than I was hoping for but received within 2 weeks over the Easter break which is fair enough.

I ordered a set of expensive mats and they sent the wrong mats for my car, completely different shape/size! They have ignored all messages (website, Facebook & no telephone option, just automated message!).
I now have a very nice set of mats to sell but no idea which car they fit!?
I did find out that carmats4u.com supply these guys so if I were you I would cut out the middle (con)-man and go direct to the manufacturer.

Do not waste your time with this company. Initially helpful. However total silence after placing my order. After a few weeks, I was told that they thought my mats had been already been sent. I replied immediately not. I was advised they would produce and send me another set. After which again total silence and no mats! Following no reponse to a further chase I emailed them asking for my money back. No response to that either (no surprise there!) but they did eventually refund me. All in all a bad experience capped with poor customer service. How they stay in business I have no idea!

Terrible customer service, in that there isn't any. Ordered the mats two months ago and have heard nothing from them. Fortunately I used PayPal so I've disputed the payment, hopefully PayPal will refund me.

Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Car mats for a brand new MG GS ordered on 20 March received 6 April. Mats very good quality and fit the car superbly. Only downside is the customer service. A reply to my emails asking what was happening with my order would have been nice. Other than that, all good.

Very poor - I waited for my order for 5 months while receiving a string of fob-offs and excuses. Craig - the chief thief at Carmats2u promised that he had refunded the money (over £70) - which did not appear in my account.

Please stay clear of this business - had I read the trustpilot reviews beforehand, I'd have saved a load of trouble.

Where do I start? Misleading descriptions of carpet quality. No returns address. Refuse refund when goods are poor quality. Try to pervert the custom-made aspect of their mats. They do offer customisation, but unless you ask them add a logo then what they really offer is just options of standard sized mats for specific cars. They don't send you a copy of your specific order. No copy of your contract with them. They don't answer emails. They don't take phone calls. They accuse the consumer of trying to wangle a free upgrade when really all you want to to is return nasty, cheap looking goods. Then when you ask them for a returns address - they refuse to give it to you. Luckily I paid by Paypal so they are handling my complaint against this company who openly flout current consumer regulations. Avoid like the plague.

UPDATE: Paypal has refunded my payment in full. Don't fall for this website's claim that their items are custom made - they are not. Unless you ask them to put a logo on the car mats what they offer is options - NOT CUSTOMISATION.

If you're unhappy with the mats you receive they refuse to tell you their returns address (again illegal) . I have been asked to remove their correct returns address from this review as it seems it's against Trustpilot's conditions. If you paid by Paypal, they will give you the correct address to return items. You have to return the items by a recordable service - around £11 by UPS. It's worth it.

I've ordered two sets of car mats in mid Jan (total cost > 100 euros) and I've received one confirmation email since then. They never respond to my email and of course they haven't sent my mats till now (mid Mar). These guys are totally unacceptable and the fact that they claim that they have an e-shop is a huge insult for all the others who really have. I can't imagine that in 2017 a company with this kind of "service" continues to exist.

Just ordered a premium set of mats for an 05 Mini hatch in black. Arrived quickly and they fit like a glove. Mega browny points from my wife for this👍😊. Highly recommended

Ordered mats for my BMW E34, and they arrived with the wrong type fixing. Their advert says genuine original fitment. When mats came with newer type fitting, i contacted customer service to resolve the issue. I was told i had none original fittings in my car. I have confirmed this is not the case, and sent photographic proof, to confirm i was supplied with the wrong mats.The holes in the carpet for fitting are definitely original BMW.
Since then, i have emailed them three times, and received no response , despite them emailing , to inform me that they would get to the bottom of the problem.I have tried to call them three times as well, but only get an outdated answerphone message, and no link to live chat either.
I'm now stuck with mats that are incorrect, and at the very best, i will have to send them back at considerable further expense. And at worst, source and pay for mats, from a more reputable and customer focused company.
I'm sure that most people have a great experience with this company.
However , i seem to have learned the hard way that they are not all their adverts say they are.

The carpets look great and are a perfect fit. I am very pleased with them

Absolutely terrible website.
List products that they don't actually have for sale, just for better search ranking results.

Terrible customer experience.

Use a decent, reputable company instead.
