Really pleased with my purchase. Excellent quality car mat and excellent service

Craig from the team was in touch with me instantly to query my choice of colours (their website allows you to go off-piste). I assured him of my wishes and the carpets arrived the next day. I'm amazed and very pleased.

I ordered a set of car mats at the end of Dec 2016. I received confirmation straight away and the £69 was taken from my PayPal account. I waited 2 weeks but nothing arrived. I e-mailed them several times all with read receipts - no response at all. Don't try phoning this company they won't pick up the phone. PayPal were great, they arranged after a 10 day resolution period, a full refund. If you claim to be an internet company then you should at least reply to e-mails. Be very cautious with this company.

Order placed 21 Nov money taken 22nov no other contact until I emailed on 9 Dec. Then emailed on 10 Dec received return email on same day order despatched two days later.
Good product but poor communication.

ordered some car mats before christmas wanted the mats with upgraded carpet in black solid red edging plus a logo on the side of front mats which said red and citreon on the bottom of the mat i recieved low quality mat broken red edging and ds3 in red on the edge of each front mat the mats are not what i ordered i think that because it was near to christmas i wanted them as a present which i did not so they just sent what they had in stock

I ordered new floormats for my 2 seat coupe, they arrived quite quickly and are of good quality and fit. I am pleased with the result and would use this company again. Mr. G G Stabler

I am most impressed with Carmats2u. After placing my order i received a thank you email indicating my order had been received and was being processed.
subsequently i received another e msil indicating deapatched.
As my mats are a Chrismas present from my wife I cant comment as yet on the quality. I doubt if I will disappoibted by this excellent company.

Great design, exactly as I wanted great quality, arrived really quickly, perfect condition. This order came about from some others on the VWROC forum and changed to fit my colours. Well deserved additional order and I know exactly where I will come back to. Also seen some feedback on previous orders, mats are still great after months of use.

Be aware;
Ordered car mats from this company on 19th October 2016. Never replied to query e-mails, never replied to where my order is. So I became suspicious, credit card company now sorting.
Total disgrace, couldn't be bothered to give me a call, answer an e-mail to give assurance that they are actually fulfilling the order.
When he did finally reply (and actually not answered specific query) told me following and I quote 'don't be a d__k mate'. Then he went onto say he won't lose any sleep over it.
I strongly recommend you to be cautious I certainly will not be buying anything from him. Jason, Derbyshire.

After waiting about 10 days, the mats arrived for my Honda Accord. The driver's mat (with anchor points) did not fit. I sent photos of the problem to them and the correct mat arrived a few days later.
Pretty good, I'd say.

My car is is 1991 Jaguar XJS for which Jaguar no longer supply any mats that fit.
Carmats2u sent me templates of mats they would make as they no longer held any stock. The templates were perfect. Four days after telling them to go ahead the mats arrived and fitted perfectly. They are good quality and look good replacing the very old original mats.
Price was reasonable.
Communications excellent.
I recommend them to anyone.

I ordered custom mats of top quality. There was a slight delay due to absolute peak time of the year but that was expected so no worries. Carmats send me templates to be sure of right form as being first order of a kind . Good thinking! The mats are top quality as promised, well made and perfect fit. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

The mats finally arrived a day after they said they would and they are the wrong colour and are not the same mats as those advertised on their web site.
Have sent a mail and await response.

The website was easy to use and there were plenty of options to personalise my car mats. They were made to order but were still delivered quickly. They fitted my car perfectly and were of a much higher quality than the oem ones with a thick luxurious look and feel. Also a lot cheaper than oem so what's not to like? Highly recommended!

Car mats fitted today, they are an excellent fit for my Mk1 C4 Picasso, quality also appears to be very good.Good communication and speedy delivery. Very impressed.
