Ordered next to best quality mats for my Citroen C6 which only had front OEM mats. Carmats2u mats are 50% thicker and with good pile - as good as the carpet - really suit limo feel. Fit is perfect even to the original fixing points. Chose plain carpet with standard binding. Just thinking if I could justify ordering top quality as well for 'best'/summer.....very tempted.

Also ordered boot protector which is rather shiny in finish but fits boot very well and is reinforced in the base. Not too bothered about the shine - it is in the boot out of sight doing its job protecting the boot carpet!

Have seen a few reviews criticising Carmats2u over communications. I emailed to change my order the day after ordering (to go to no logos etc). Had reply same day acknowledging this and items arrived as ordered all in a week. Excellent service from my point if view

I ordered a pair of floor mats for my car and Carmats2u were very helpful. To ensure they were the right size they even sent me templates. Once I had confirmed the correct size they arrived two days later. They fit beautifully so a big thank you to Carmats2u.

Ordered 520d car mats product arrived quickly and seems great value for great quality crafted car mats. Perfect fit and seem just as good as the official BMW mats if not better for less than half the price delivered! would definitely recommend.

Cheers guys. Mats look fabulous and tie in nicely with our orange boot liner. My only criticism is the grey. I appreciate a light grey would show the dirt but for my extra £1 they're give or take black! Maybe a better description would be "charcoal grey"?? But be assured they're brill. The good lady is taking them for a spin as I type. Thanks. T

I messed up my order initially, but it was changed without any drama. Went for the standard mats to see what they were like and I am very impressed with the quality. Will definitely use again and will be confident in spending on the extra options now I know how good they are.

Good email communications throughout and extremely quick delivery for a bespoke product. (I requested a logo). And although the mats haven't been 'used in anger' for any time yet to evaluate wear and tear, quality appears excellent.

Really nice integration of my required logo in to both driver and passenger mats and the colour match, (trim and logo), was spot on with the vehicle. They really enhance the cabin as a result.

Exceeded my expectations and you can't ask for more than that.

Easy to understand options on the homepage allowing for quick order of the floormats. Quick delivery within 3 days from ordering and excellent quality & fit of the mats (100% as original mats). It couldn't have been a better purchase.

Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Tuesday. Perfect fit and brightened up the car's interior no end. Improved safety too, because unlike the old mats they don't move under the driver's feet and get stuck under the pedals.

The item that arrived was not what was ordered. The quality is good but when you request something different then if it wasnt possible I'd have expected a contact of some description. Too late to do anything about it now as its a gift that needs to be sent on.

I ordered 2 sets of mats for my Jeep a rubber winter set and a carpet summer set with logo

Both sets are very good quality and they turned up promptly.
They fit well and look like they will last a long time too

Unfortunately how they answer customer's e-mails requesting information is treated with attitude and sarcasm.
One of their representatives is sexist; I was told I was not buying a dress when I asked for information pertaining to my order.
I am a pensioner and did not realise e-mails flagged as suspicious is sent to the Junk Folder. Their e-mail was flagged as suspicious and I did not receive information they sent. I apologised when I realised what had happened but this made no difference to Craig McKenzie.
The product is good I ordered rubber car mats for my husbands Jaguar xf and my husband is very happy with them.
I was going to order a new set of carpets for the car for the spring but unfortunately I can not deal with a company that is both sexist, ageist and rude. So product is good customer service appalling.

Just received and fitted the mats, and must say how delighted we are with the quality,the fit of the mats and delivery.
We cannot fault the service.Will certainly recommend you to our friends.

Imported vehicle, so mats had to be custom made from templates - fitting and materials are very good. Mats produced exactly as described on website and are excellent value.

Good: Product is excellent quality and fits very well, delivery was speedy of the mats, price was acceptable.
Bad. Everything else, non existent customer service, no response to mails, the order was botched regarding a boot liner add on, it never turned up, Craig lied in a mail regarding his attempt (non existent) to contact me, he refused to refund the car mats although to be fair he did refund the boot liner that didn't turn up, and after a series of totally useless and non caring emails, his exact reply to my expression of dissatisfaction which would probably lead to negative feedback was "Please yself fella" I have written his reply exactly as he did. A truly caring statement from a truly caring company..............NOT!!!

I was a bit concerned not to get a detailed acknowledgement of order as I had not print-screened - expecting an email in the usual way
With that proviso, I was amazed at the speed of delivery and the quality for the price, given the very detailed options available for every car. Just tested fit (press-fit) on the two cars and it's perfect. Quality looks better than on OEM carpets, especially with extra wear patch on driver mat. Excellent VFM.

I purchased 2 sets of mats, a thin set and a thick set. The thin set are better than your everyday mats you can get of the high street. Very good quality and made to measure, they fit perfectly.
The thicker set are of a very high standard with an extra thickness for the drivers heel aswell.
Delivery was quick and very reasonable too.
If your planning on getting new car mats look no further, you will not be disappointed.
