Ordered car mats on line and made a mistake by ordering 'Standard' mats and not 'Rubber' mats which were what I wanted. Sent email asking for the order to be revised. Craig responded promptly offering to amend order on my behalf. No mither, no fuss just a 5 star service. Would recommend

Excellent quality and value for money and the option to customise leather trimmings and add images makes the mats unique.

Delighted with my purchase especially if extra cover caps can be supplied as well.

Superb service from Carmats2u. Third time I have used this company and the products are excellent as are the communications, I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking for new mats for your car, lovely quality and rapid delivery.

I found Carmats2u during a web search, I needed to find some good mats that actually fitted my car, as it's quite an old one. Ordering was quick and easy. I was able to select the type of car the mats were for (they're tailored to the exact model), the type and grade of mat I wanted (e.g. rubber or carpet type), and the colour combination of the mat and the trim. There was even an option to have a name or logo embroidered on them. The mats arrived in 3-4 days, the order was correct, they fit the car perfectly, quality is excellent. Communication was friendly and regular, I was kept fully up to date by email about the order progress and dispatch. Highly recommended!

After ordering my car mats through their website I received an email from Craig querying the fixings in the floor of our car. Not knowing I asked for help and without a second thought I was pointed in the right direction. After a week of emails Craig and Maddy had me all sorted out with my new mats and new floor fixings for my car. Absolutely amazing service and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to you both. Mats ok, nothing special (ordered from them before); long, long delivery times, messy website with spelling and grammatical errors. The website also says that whatever you do, do NOT CALL them regarding orders, send an email instead (which they never reply to), expect at least 2-3 weeks for delivery. Horrible experience and the last one with them.

I placed an order in nov of 2013 for a set of Jaguar mats and paid for them thru paypal. That is where all the screw ups started.
........two month later they advised me that they did not have a set of templates for this car since it had left hand drive.
..........I made up a set of templates for these mats and sent them out at a cost of thirty dollars.
..........two months later after several emails my set of Jag mats arrived. On installation I noticed the driver side mat did not fit. They had reversed the profile and it fit perfectly when placed upside down.
.........I notified Carmats2u several times with no response and about a month later they admitted their mistake and would send out a new set.
..........now it is almost a year later and I have not heard from them and I still do not have a proper set of mats and they will not respond to any of my Emails.
Like what is up with this Company ??????????

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for these mats (now 2 emails to ask for delivery lead times and zero response). I can't comment on quality of mats yet but it seems that this company doesn't have customer service. i will update this review when/if I will get my mats.
UPDATE: I reported an issue to Paypal and after that they sent email to me: We want to let you know that your order status has been updated to...

I found the Carmats2u site after a long internet search, every other supplier seemed to have the fixing points wrong. Even the franchised suppliers had so many variants of carpet it was hard to judge, and very expensive to get wrong. Took the plunge and ordered rubber mats, my gravel drive destroys carpet with gravel on shoes. I was e-mailed when they were dispatched so was able to leave garage open and avoid the card on mat syndrome. Mats are a heavy checker plate design rubber with a fabric backing and sewn edging, nice and heavy but still flexible. Joy of joys a perfect fit even down to the fixing points, a perfect match for the one taken out. wish all internet shopping was this good.

Mats have just arrived, and they're perfect!
I can not believe the care, time and attention that you have given to this order. You're obviously a mass producer/ supplier, and it would have been easy for you to say 'sorry we haven't got such a specialised set.' But no, you've been in regular e-mail contact, sent me templates to ensure that they would fit, and then made and dispatched them incredibly quickly.
It is so reassuring these days, that some companies believe in such high standards of customer care. I can not, and could not recommend you too highly. If there is somewhere I can leave customer feedback, please advise me.

Came across the Carmats2u website and as they had good reviews I took the plunge and ordered some bespoke mats for my new VW Up. I ordered the Excel Lux grade carpet and wanted the carpet with red and black trim and also personalised with my name. The mats arrived in 8 days, I am pleased with the results and they fit perfectly. I think if I were to order another set of mats, I would go for the slightly thicker "premier" mats, but nevertheless I am pleased with the mats I received, and communication with the Company was good.

I thought I would wait a few weeks before review to see how they wear. They seem to be holding up pretty well, are easy to clean and because they fit so well, they don't let much dirt get under the carpet around the edges

my dad could only find carpets for his mini countryman from the main dealer, carpet set delivered within 3 days of placing order, excellent quality and fit at around half the price!

There are a lot of companies offering car mats and I spent quite a bit time searching around on the internet. You can never be sure what you’re going to get when ordering things on-line so there’s always a risk involved. The mats from Carmats2u were delivered promptly, fitted perfectly, the quality is excellent – noticeably better than the original manufacturer’s mats - and the cost is competitive. They have made a significant difference to the feel and look of the interior of my beloved Audi TT Quattro.

I took delivery of a brand new Porsche Panamera 4s early in March 2014, as I've done with my other cars, I have preserved the original car mats until such time as I sell the car and replaced them with mats in most cases of a lesser quality.
This is the first time I've used Carmats2u, I'm absolutely delighted with quality, I think these mats of a better quality than the original Porsche mats. The service provide by Carmats2u was exemplary, maintaining a friendly and helpful contact with me throughtout the manufacturing process. I'll be a returning customer to this excellent company..
