it came the wrong size I ordered a large and its a extra large I hate it

My brown bracelet. It's leather straps with beads. It's cute but already lost one leather strap. I've only worn it twice. The customer service is not nice. They are rude when they talk to you. I've ordered alot of things that are great. But, the customer service is bad.

I have never had a problem with Carol Wright and have been ordering from them for years. Some of the dresses I ordered are still in good condition six years later. Many of their items have size or measurements included so I know what I am ordering as I check their size charts first. I did have to deal with Customer Service once for a missing order which was quickly replaced.

Get rid of this catalog NOW!!! There are several pages of sex toys!! Not what I want my children to see. V

THIS COMPANY IS SO "BAD" HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY - HAVE CALLED THEM 5 TIMES + SPOKE WITH 3 SO CALLED SUPERVISORS - NO ONE WOULD ADDRESS MY PROBLEN OR LOCATE MY PACKAGE - BUT YET THEIR BILL HAS ARRIVED - WILL NOT PAY!!! + HAVE ALSO EMAILED THEM WITH NO RESPONSE AS OF TODAY 3/6/2019. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I THINK THEY'RE A RIP OFF - BEWARE!

A Racket! I ordered two bags from them and when they arrived they were wallet sized instead of how they looked in the catalogue. So I called them and they told me to use the convenient return label and we will refund your money. The cost of the bags was $6.99 and with shipping came to $13.99. My next bill was $10.99 so I called them. They tell me I only received a $3.00 refund of my purchase because I used their shipping label. What?!! So I paid $10.99 for bags I don't even have! Ridiculous! What a racket!!! I will never order from these people again and I suggest you don't either! Absolutely theft!

Atrocious customer service. Refuse to answer concerns and errors regarding orders. Took 2 months to get an order that half of it was not available and was never informed of that. You cannot pay order online money order or check only. The list keeps going. DO NOT ORDER from Carol Wright's Gifts nor their other identity Dr. Leonards .

Tried fifteen coupons or promo codes none worked just a waste of times trued ordering for two days wont order again

yes i do have variety of options for good prices and the orders process very quickly and ship fast, but i have to make a complaint against their customer service.i spoke to a lady who seemed nice but had NOOOOO SENSE OF HUMOR.then was transferred to the credit department , since i did not know that you have to have a bank account to make down payments , i had a guy that was so rude i felt like hanging up the phone after telling him how very unprofessional he was. i really hope to get a nicer customer service tomorrow , cause if not , i will cancel my order and ditch this company. never seen so much rudeness in all my life.

I have always been happy with all my purchases from Carol Wright Gifts.com. They have great prices on household items and their slipper selection and prices can't be beat (I'm a big slipper lover!)! All my friends get slippers for one of their holiday gifts and they rave about them, especially two of my friends who live in NY where it's snowy and cold! I love their pj's too. I have only had one occasion where an item didn't work properly (the button part on a wireless doorbell) and it was immediately replaced after they received my email. One other item that was part of a product made by HAMPTON DIRECT (My Fun Fish Tank-the LED light-screw would not come out to replace the battery) was immediately replaced by Hampton Direct themselves, as that was who I decided to contact as it was a small part on their product, and they were a pleasure to deal with as well. CWG.com is in my Favorites-Shopping Folder and I think that says it all!

I was just given a preapproved credit from Csrol Wright Gifts I ordered two rugs for my kitchen, my order was processed very fast and my shipping was unbelievable fast.I was quite impressed with their service snd the quality was great. I will never leave this Company I am so sold keep up the good service.
