They are terrible. Worst installers ever. Customer service is a joke. I would never use them again.

Initially we had issues communicating with office staff but in the end work was done on time and as promised. We only had carpet stretching done and were surprised they wanted payment in advance because no materials were ordered but worked this out.

Terry was an awesome installer. Very professional. Kind. Considerate. Jessica was gracious, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. My floors are gorgeous. I am happy. Thank you.

The carpet is fine, and it looks good. However, we incurred many expenses after the installation of the carpet. There were holes in the walls, paint on the walls was married, closet and bedroom doors needed adjustment, and we needed to buy a new vacuum cleaner.

Salesman was attentive and helpful with design layout. Installers did an excellent and very thorough job.job

Ed at Carpet One was wonderful to deal with. He showed up when promised and gave us a prompt estimate at a great price. We were trying to match hardwood with our existing hardwood floor. The installers were excellent. You would never know the floors were not layed at the same time. I would highly recommend this company if you want an outstanding job at an affordable price.

The carpet is just gorgeous. The only hiccup was getting the installation scheduled because at times it was hard to reach the scheduler to make last minute changes.

I worked with Erica and had an exceptional experience. I looked at one particular brand of gym flooring, and they found me a comparable product at a much better price. Erica was prompt, efficient and communicated very well. The covering arrived earlier than expected. My only subtraction was the relative difficulty getting an installation date, and I attribute this to the few qualified techs that can install this product.

I'd work with Erica and Carpet One again with no reservations - they're a good company.

I would recommend Carpet One without hesitation. From the time I walked into the store I felt a sincere interest in making sure I got the carpet I was looking for. I felt listened to and all my questions were answered. They were very helpful in letting me take samples home with me. Once the decision was made to work with Carpet One scheduling went without a hitch. They were reliable and dependable. We had a 2 man crew replace the carpet in 3 rooms and they were professional, skilled and very nice to work with. Ours was not an easy assignment and they did a beautiful job!
