Our experience with Carpet One, with Ashley your consultant and with the gentlemanthat came to do the work was a top five star experience in every way. Ours was a small job, however I will turn to Carpet One in the future and share my positive experience with my friends. Your company is soooo much better than when it was Pearlmans! Thanks for top quality! Luther and Sara Barnes

Last year we used Carpet One Floor and Home - Asheville to recarpet our patrol room. This year we were able to complete the carpeting in the remainder of the department. Our original carpet was over 20 years old and quite a mess.
We were so pleased with the not only the quality of carpeting we chose, but the quality of workmanship. It was tough to tear up glued down carpet that was 20 years old, but the workers really went above and beyond to not create a mess. We were delighted and continue to receive great compliments from those that visit our department. Five stars is short of how we feel.

The pricing was good, the installers showed up when they said they would. We installed hardwood floors and carpet using Carpet ONE. We worked with Ashley and she was a delight. We were very pleased with both the wood installation and the carpet installation.
