Richard, Larry, Kevin and Tony were easy to work with. A couple of changes needed to be made and they stopped and ask before they went forward in the process, Quality of work was excellent.

Ettagene and Mark Hayden, as well as their staff, are first class professionals. Never did we find them anything but helpful and sincere in their efforts to provide us a top quality job. We never felt pressured in making our decisions, and they understood our desire to create an attractive, inviting, and comfortable home. They chose subcontractors who worked hard to achieve our satisfaction in laying the vinyl plank and installing the kitchen backsplash. Ettagene and Mark came to our home twice for measurements and made conscientious suggestions about color and design. We found both very personable and ever-so-easy to get along with whether in their store or elsewhere. A great and much appreciated business!

The flooring is great, cleans easily. The installers were courteous, professional. The only complaint was they ran short on flooring & trim. Therefore, they had to make an extra trip. Carpet One should have sent extra & installers could have taken any extra back to the store.

My whole experience with Carpet One was productive and pleasant. I was greeted warmly at the store and assisted by a knowledgeable sales staff that helped me find exactly what I wanted at a price better than I expected to pay. My room was measured in a timely manner and when the carpet arrived they worked hard to find a time slot that worked with my busy schedule. After researching the best flooring for my basement family room, a friend suggested Luxury Vinyl Tile for its resilience and water proof qualities. I was looking for quality flooring for a reasonable cost and a good warranty. With 12 active grandchildren, we needed something that wouldn't scratch, get damaged by spills, easy to clean up and be safe for little ones to run and play on.
After looking at flooring options, my husband and I decided on the LVT. There was a great variety of samples from which to choose. We chose one that would blend best with the different colors in the adjoining kitchen cabinetry, tables and chairs, and living area furniture. The LVT for the family room and carpet for the stairs was ordered and within 2 weeks the carpet and LVT installers were here pulling up old carpet and installing new flooring. We decided to add more ceramic tile at the basement outside entrance. No problem, Carpet One took care of that for us. The installers were pros at their job. They cleaned up any mess that was made and were careful not to damage the baseboards and walls.They were pleasant to talk with and trustworthy. The process was stress free and the flooring looks great, is easy to clean and my grandchildren can run and play safely...with no socks. We could have purchased our flooring from other businesses or online but with Carpet One, we have a lifetime warranty on product and installation which gives us peace of mind.
I wish LVT had been around when we built our home 16 years ago...I would have installed more of it and we wouldn't have been replacing flooring now. Thank you Carpet One for your excellent service!

After purchasing a home that needed all new flooring, a friend referred me to Carpet One. My goal was to lighten the home up with new tile and carpet. I had the privilege of being assisted by a very knowledgeable salesman by the name of Richard Bennett. Richard took me through the store showing me different samples of tiles and carpet to select from, he made a job that I thought was going to be very difficult very easy. I placed my order feeling very satisfied about the product and quality. The flooring was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. The tile and carpet installers were very skillful and experienced in their work. I will definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

We are continually pleased with the work done by Carpet One! Our lovely foyer was done by Ken and Michelle Jobe in a basketweave pattern, and it is a one of a kind work of art! The distressed maple floors are beautiful they installed, all the trim expertly painted, just exactly what we wanted. One of the bathrooms is also finished, so updated! We will of course return to finish our home improvements! Working with the Carpet One Family has been a very positive experience!!! Thank you all!
