From the minute I walked into the store I was treated like I Was the only customer in the store. Pam that helped me , went out of her way to help. 1st class, very professional. The guys who installed carpet were very polite. No mess was left. Would highly recommend.

Carpet One
This is the first time forty years that carpet shopping was actually fun. We arrived at Carpet One on a Saturday 15 minutes til closing time. We were treated like we had no time limits. The staff was very knowledgeable as well as the installers. Truly a great experience! Thank you Mark and Etajean and John and Micah!

We recently had Carpet One to floor our whole house. We chose a combination of carpet and hardwood. They visited our home for accuracy in measurements, and offered suggestions for types of color and design. The installation team for wood and carpet were patient, and professional.

Good experience
We had vinyl tile with grout and carpet layed. Very pleased with the products. Some problems with scheduling the carpet layer but overall very pleased.
