Carpet fitters Paul and Dave let me know when they were arriving. They were friendly and polite. They fitted the carpet quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Carpet looks great.

Very pleased with the complete service from the Altrincham store. Julian was extremely helpful and made choosing a carpet easy, the man who came to measure up the stairs and landing was polite and efficient and then the call to arrange fitting was made quickly. All in all would definitely recommend the store.

Wonderfully professional and hardworking.. Big thanks to Roger and Ian for an incredible job well done.. Arrived in good time, got straight to it, offered solutions for some issues with some floorboards, and had all the right materials and tools for those jobs.. Incredible to see them work, as for them to do 4 bedrooms, 1 landing and 2 flight of strairs in 6 hours was amazing in my eyes, and everything was perfection.. A credit to themselves and to Carpetright.. Thank you to Carpetright for sorting out a excellent deal and providing quality underlay, carpet and fitters.. 10/10 would recommend

Great service provided by the fitter, Mike who was friendly, arrived on time and worked really hard to get our floor fitted in good time. It was a difficult job with some low pipes that we have running along the skirting but Mike found a solution and the flooring looks amazing. I was also able to add on the uplift of the old carpet at the last minute which made everything a lot easier for me. The measure and quote by Karl was great aswell, he advised on pipes etc and phoned a fitter to check it could be done before doing the quote. Would highly recommend.

I had visited Carpet right Altrincham yesterday to explore a few flooring options for my new house. The range of materials that they have is amazing and the lady who showed me around was really nice and thorough. I am definitely buying from here.

Fantastic customer service, from caring and lovely staff. We want to give a special mention to Tony who came to do the measuring and advise us on which carpet and Julian who completed what we needed in store, thanks to the pair of you for being wonderful humans, we really appreciated it.
