I found a vinyl in a Carpertight shop in Bromley. Popped into our local Chesterfield branch. They found the vinyl on line as they didn't have any samples in their store. Said they would honour the discount offered in Bromley. I popped back with measurements and the staff completed the deal swiftly and efficiently. When my room is ready they will arrange the fitting; holding the vinyl in store until I need it. Great service.

Excellent service and even carried my purchase to the car.

The team in the Chesterfield store were very helpful, courteous, and did not pressurise you at all. Everything was explained in terms which were easy to understand. The gentleman who came to measure up and work out the cost was equally as good and I would certainly recommend Carpetright at Chesterfield. I would give them 5 stars.

Very good customer service, help and advice. Chris (i believe his name was) is fab and after paying deposit on sunday, a fitter was out to measure the area on the Tuesday. Really quick and reasonably priced.

We were helped by Andy who was lovely & friendly. He pointed out the carpets of the quality we were looking for. He found our previous order for a stair carpet & we'd chosen the exact one again but a higher spec!! He explained the properties of our choice & showed us how liquid resistant it was. He even set the sample up over 2 different underlays to help our choice of those too. He was extremely helpful & completed our order for us & we eagerly await fitting day.

Great service through the sales order process. Mathew in store was very knowledgeable and advised us of all the options of flooring along with the pro’s and con’s of each one. He sorted a rough quote and advised of everything required. Paul then came to my address and finalised the quotation with Andy. Very happy with the service. Very quick and professional. Looking forward to getting the flooring fitted. Thanks!

Overal good service

We needed some vinyl flooring for a utility room an back porch, and due to the awkward size our choices were limited.
The quality and availability in store was excellent, and the staff helped minimise any wastage.
Fitting was quick, efficient and skillful and the fitter left no mess and was very courteous.
What a superb customer experience!

And the saga continues, a year after fitting (badly) a poor quality vinyl floor; still huge air pockets across the whole kitchen, totally unsafe now. CR claim due to radon gas despite detector showing below-normal level and a radon barrier installed- shame they didn't see fit to advise me this would be a problem before I paid them. Want to get house in the market asap; fitter turned up to take a look and said it's not fixable now and they'd recommend replacement with a carpet (which was replaced as I didn't want carpet - so all the cost and stress a total waste of my time and money) and that CR would call me the next day. That's almost a week ago and no surprise to say there's been no contact whatsoever.
