Awful customer service at Epsom store
Awful customer service at Epsom store. Was confirmed a fitting date, took day off work and removed carpet only to wait half the day, nobody to turn up. Nobody answers phones, had to call main switch line only to be told there that carpet is actually out of stock and will be for at least another couple of weeks. In the meantime we have no carpet, dangerous bare floor with small children, and no apology. Would not recommend and will never use again

Fantastic service, lovely staff

I wanted to use a voucher and it would not activate, the Epsom store manager went out of his way to try to help me by ringing the all for one voucher company and also tried to set up a payment card style payment code as well. we could not fix the issue so he gave me a good deal. I am having cancer treatment and it really gave me a lift that day receiving care and kindness in the store.

Still no one has gotten back to me…
Still no one has gotten back to me about the runner that was badly fitted and the dodgy carpet. Again don’t use this company….they take liability for nothing.

Hi Dean,
I’ve done that. But your company have told me the closed the case as hey take no liability for the people they recommend. So I’m not left a two creases in carpet and a runner that is already coming away from stairs.

Highly Recommended!
Callum was incredibly helpful, to the extent that I can say its the best customer service I have ever experienced. Both Callum and his assistant went above and beyond to produce multiple quotes for me during my visit in-store. After sale communications were great, timescales were met for delivery, and the carpet fitters Tony and his assistant were very friendly. I will be returning to the shop soon to purchase another carpet for my new home!
