Once again we had the need to visit a Carpetright Store, as we had such a great service before on our 2022 visit when the Cumbernauld store was open from Holly and Robin.

We wanted to give repeat business back to Carpetright, but the Cumbernauld store has closed down now.
We had a consultant come and measure my daughter’s new flat, and we paid a visit to the Falkirk store.

Holly and Robin were not on duty on our visit today.
And that was not a problem as we had the great pleasure of meeting Jordon in person who had arranged the measuring at the flat.

Jordon was very professional and helpful we had loads of choices to choose from in our budget and his guidance was second to none.

I was shocked to hear at the end of our appointment he had only started at Carpetright Falkirk and it was his first week? He is really in my opinion a real asset to the company. His bubbly personality really shone and his knowledge of the products helped us make the right choices. Thank you once again for great prices. My only concern on this visit was the price quoted for the fitting it did seem a bit high for a 1 bedroom flat. And the rather large charge of £80 to make the call to arrange the fitting. I think Carpetright should look at this as it is really on the high side,
It could put customers off but Jordan was so helpful we decided he deserved to have our business. No we are awaiting a date to have our order fitted. If you are looking for new flooring I’d recommend Carpetright in a heartbeat. Great staff.

I tried to book an appointment online but thing was down message on their form thing and Asked for home visit as I am currently a cancer patient and wanted 2 rooms measured with carpet and vinyl and all the extra bits and fitting. Still awaiting a response from them saying they would get back to me with suitable times dates unfortunately not everyone can wait! I will take my business elsewhere shame really but must be making too much to afford to loose customers. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Holly handled my order with great expertise and efficiency coupled with a friendly understanding nature. Great customer service would recommend to anybody

The shop staff where very helpful, from Gary who measured the rooms for the right size of carpets as one of them is very awkward shape. Steven who was very helpful to meet our needs and budget in the shop

Before payment fitting wasn't a problem with dates after payment it all changed and if my new suite came first they were going to charge me for moving g couches had to move date of delivery of my suite and we have nowhere to sit until the suite gets delivered on new delivery date

Holly was very helpful and friendly

Falkirk store and staff were very helpful will defo be back

I’m having to make all the contact, ordered online and no contact as suggested, went into the shop and a further phone call and I’m still non the wiser on dates etc. it’s the first time I’ve felt this way about carpet right.

The advisor, Holly, was great.

Holly (in the Falkirk branch) was the most helpful person I've ever come across in a Carpetright store.
She tried to source the carpets we wanted from other stores to get them for us quicker, however they were out of stock 😒. We had been to other carpetright stores on and no other salesperson had offered to this check.
She then sorted out the order and sent the payment link taking all the fuss away from us having to do it ourselves.

Excellent choice of carpets and prices. Staff very helpful, but not intrusive. Offered me a sample of the carpet I was considering to match with my sofa.
Gary came to check room measurements. Very pleasant, arrived earlier than arranged, but phoned to check if that was okay.
The price was clearly explained for the carpet, choice of underlay, straight edge and fitting. There was no pressure to select more expensive options.
All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend Carpet Right.

Dreadful service from Carpetright. Carpet was promised within 5 weeks, then it was delayed until the middle of March, then I was informed it would be at least 3 months. A full refund was promised which I am still waiting for. Emails sent to me were overfamiliar and had poor spelling and grammar. This makes Carpetright look amateurish. I would not recommend Carpetright.
