Carpetright is the Best!
I am very blessed and pleased to be a customer of the Carpetright Hazel Grove branch. Michelle and Coley are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring to accommodate my urgent request. Everything from choosing the carpet, underlay and accessories, taking on-site measurements, ordering to fitting took just one week. It couldn’t be a seamless process without the help of Coley and Michelle. I am very sad to see this branch closed and worry about the staff. My heart is with them in this difficult times and wishing everyone all the best.

carpet itself is lovely
carpet itself is lovely, we agreed in shop that the fitters would come at 1.30pm they called me day before saying they cannot do 1.30pm, they have to do 12pm or cancel it for another day, i can not get anyone there till 1.30pm as agreed i feel they did not care once they got your money i had to take a day off work for it when we add agreed i will not be back
