I had a fitting arranged from the Reading store for yesterday and was told they would call me before 11am to arrange a time. I heard nothing. Tried to call the store 3 times and left messages,. I also sent an email and got no call back or response.
Not impressed at all.

Speedy process and to the point with great price outcome
Mark was clear and helpful as well as flexible. He understood our need as well as budget and advised the best products for the job. Tony came and measured up thoroughly for the stairs, not like previous company , he was very polite and the results saved us 2m sq due to his accuracy....good job guys.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTE !! They charge you DOUBLE on the day !
On the day of fitting they charged us double the cost that was stated on the quote! We had to find £700 more on the day !!
DO NOT TRUST THEIR QUOTE!! They give a low figure in order to lure customers in .
No sincere apology or any form of compensation, not even a store credit or voucher offered . Uncaring about their customers!

Good customer service
Visited our local store to look at vinyl options. Spoke with Naz at the store and he arranged for one of the fitters, Sam, to come to our property later the same day to discuss our concerns for the flooring base. Sam also measured the area we required the new flooring.
Went back to the store the following day to place our order with Naz. Very simple and quick process to place order and book fitting. Great customer service by both Naz and Sam - thank you!
