Delivered yesterday did wait in on Tuesday all day as email gave Tuesday as delivery day but the delivery yesterday was good.

It was great to find someone who was actually able to supply bathroom carpet. Visiting local carpet shops yielded nothing, and asking about it produced incredulity, saying 'no-one has bathroom carpet today, sir'. Well we do, and we wanted to replace it!
Having confirmed that it was suitable by ordering a sample (very useful service), we ordered a suitable length and it was fitted easily enough, although some instructions on recommended fitting methods would have been helpful. Our previous carpet was foam-backed, (purchased cheaply off a roll at a major DIY store, I recall) and that was laid without fixings, so we did the same with the new carpet. It looks good. Time will tell how it wears.

I have used this company several times before and never had a problem. Oposite it was great service but not this time. I have placed the order on Monday hoping that it will be delivered on Friday. Expectation based on previous experience. Unfortunately on the online purchase there was no option for exact date to chose for delivery ( that worried me straight away). On Friday I received a message from Currier that carpets will be delivered on Saturday - no carpets! Saturday afternoon received message from currier again saying will be delivered on Monday which was band holiday ( wasn’t sure about that too). No carpets on Monday. I have tried to contact carpet shop online by phone from their website and no luck for few days until someone answered and said that they can’t find my order. I said how can it be that the phone number on their website calling to another company ( carpet company) and it appears that it’s their sister company and carpet shop online are closed on Fridays that’s why phone calls being directed to sister company. The frustration was getting bigger and bigger. Xdp currier lied about delivery date 3 times until finally we had it delivered by 1 guy ( while ment to be 2 man delivery) my wife had to help him to bring it into the house. Xdp total scam!!! No direct number to call. Carpet shop online total scam!!! It used to be good but not anymore! I received my carpets 12 days later!! Worst experience ever!

Very disappointed in the order I received. It looks nothing like what I ordered. I've received an email reply saying I can return it at a cost of nearly £40! It's not as advertised. No one will return my calls.

Was unsure about using a company I'd never heard of but very pleased I did. Great quality vinyl, half the price that I'd seen the same one at a high street carpet shop. And delivered within 2 days of ordering! Definitely can recommend
