Everything was great apart from the delivery. I received an email from the carrier to say it would be delivered the next day. I contacted them to see if I could rearrange/reschedule till the following day as I knew I wouldn't be home. I was told the item wasn't live on their system and to ring back at 5pm. I did and the office was closed. Now I'm in a dilemma by the time it opens again in the morning it'll be loaded on the van and on its way to a house with nobody home. I spoke with my neighbour who said would take it in, I left a note on the front door for the driver who took it upon himself to take no notice drag it off his van and chuck it in the bushes on the front of the property. I don't have a front garden so it's lying there for everyone that walks past to see it. This was all captured on my door bell camera. As I said Everything was great couldn't fault the buying experience online easy clear and very quick to process my order, but I'd change the delivery carrier there not doing you guys any justice hence why I took 1 star away, I could of deducted more but it wouldn't of been fair to you. Plus Its a good job I'm honest I could of said it'd been knicked from the bushes.

Helped me find some flooring I needed extra of and sent out a sample to check. Delivered within days and answered all enquiries really quickly. This saved us a lot of money as without them we would have had to buy the whole lot of flooring again. Thanks team!
