I was renewing my mobile phone insurance .The call was answered quickly and the person dealing with my call was very clear and helpful especially when I messed up inputting some information and had to restart for which I was thankful , otherwise it was a quick pleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I totally would. I ordered a phone and picked "next day delivery." I waited all day, but nothing came. I called Carphone Warehouse, and they said it would come the day after "next day delivery" (that's what DPD told them). I told them I wouldn't be home because of work and offered solutions, but they didn't accept anything, so I had to cancel and get a full refund. They ruined my whole day, weren't helpful at all, and didn't seem to care about having a customer. I hope you lose all your customers because you don't know how to keep them and don't deserve them.
