Microwave oven brand Super - Bad Quality standard

I bought a microwave oven brand Super General to them online last september 2024. October 26 they collected as I raised the incident something burned or electric problem with the Ref 7590837, BUT until now Nov 21, 2024 still no update. All agents name Agnar, Vanda, Frances, Mohamed, Islam, Sarvesh and Alyas - these people are all helpless and standard reply will sent to you. SO FRUSTATING TO FOLLOW UP😡

Carrefour MOE has the worse service

Carrefour MOE has the worse service. I bought a dishwasher in the shop and they delivered the wrong item. They don't offer any solutions instead I had to wait 5 days for the manager (Sean Pierre) to call me, which he never did. After 5 days I got an email that my order was cancelled upon my request (never cancelled it, just asked for the right item), and that I had to come to the store again to request for a refund for which I have to wait 3-10 working days and then place a new order.

Second hand products

bought a water dispenser twice and returned both. the last one was used before. you expect that if you pay for a new product, you don't receive a second hand one. I am very disappointed in this such a large and well-known company.

Made an order on their app yesterday

Made an order on their app yesterday. 3 hours before delivery today, I get a call that I'm out of their area! There are 2 small Carrefour markets 5 minutes away from me but I'm out of the area? I live in Dubai 5 minutes away from old residence I used to make orders from and I'm out of their area?
In the end, all I got was an apology. How about they tell customers no delivery available to their area was before!!

3 days ago I went to carrefour city…

3 days ago I went to carrefour city center branch in sharjah to buy a dishwasher. We wanted to buy a Hitachi one but the sales man continued forcing us to buy whirlpool and telling us about its features. When he notices we're not interested in buying whirlpool he misguided us with false features of whirlpool that it is the best one it has steamer inside blah blah. He called another salesman and he also stated same. So we bought that when it comes home we use it and got to know that it has no such features. This is very awful and manipulative behavior of the staff. I'm the regular customer of carrefour but it seems they are loosing customers because of such greedy salesman who misguided their customers for few bucks.

Good experience high customer service though the que was too long.i don't know the name of the gentleman he is old but he is one of the best example of a professional customer service. Smile, attentiveness, he loves his job so much and i really hope to see him with supervisor or manager positions.

Bad because it wasn't enough counters.

Have ordered one week ago but did not receive an item since it was birthday gift which was not received on time. I am regular carrefour online customer since two years I don’t do shopping especially grocery from any other store but only carrefour but now onwards I am never going to buy from carrefour.

I ordered an item online over a week…

I ordered an item online over a week ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. I've called daily for updates, but they always promise a callback that never comes. After insisting to speak with a manager, Mr. Marwan Mohammed Malikere finally contacted me. Instead of offering a solution to retain me as a customer, he suggested I cancel my order for a refund. He mentioned it would be handled next week, which is incredibly frustrating. The previous agents, Mr. Ahmed Samir and Ms. Angelica Adalla, were unhelpful as well.

Over the last few weeks I've had more…

Over the last few weeks I've had more than one experience of being charged the wrong price at the cash register (higher price of course), the last of which was last night.
I discovered the error after I got home, so I went back to the store to correct the error and get a refund.
After waiting for what seemed to be an eternity, a manager came and asked what the issue was.
I explained, and she treated me like a criminal.
They were short on staff, so she became a cashier and helped three other people pay until I complained.
She gave me a refund without saying a single word of apology!
When I asked her if she realized her system had the wrong price, she started to say "no that is the updated price," obviously without doing any investigation.
I just left because it wasn't worth my time to argue with her.

The experience should not have even a star. I had an interaction with the scan and go assistant Desouki where I asked him if the items (cart is almost full) can be placed in the box. He said “yes” so I was expecting that the items will be boxed after purchasing. Just to let you know it’s our monthly office supplies. End of story, what happened no box was given to me and they were offering an LBC box which costs 15AED which not a problem but how Desouki assists his customer is like very inhumane given that he is talking to a lady, or maybe because I am Asian? He shouted at me and talking back like “do you want to take a picture of me or my name? go ahead!”~as per Desouki. Then I told the Manager Hanane about it and said that its Desouki’s last day that’s why he is like that. I asked her for the feedback platform and said that it’s fine i will log your complaint then she left.

Carrefour being under Majid Al Futtaim should have a training from the Manager to their staff. The response of Desouki and Hanane is worthless. NO HUMANITY

I am complaining against Carrefour…

I am complaining against Carrefour motor city branch first avenue, I bought an Etisalat recharge voucher for 30 AED, and when attempting to recharge, it says it has been used before, I called Etisalat and said go to Carrefour branch, I went there they didn't want to refund, saying we have procedures and we will file a report and see if we will give you a refund. This is complete robery as I paid and never received any working product

After 2 months extending handle broke. Carrefour tell me handle is not included in warrant so will not help replace or refund! What is the use of buying a bag with extending handle which is not covered! Where is that exception posted? Why is it not clearly shown when you buy bag!!
Online help just passed on to manufacturer! Why do they not accept responsibility and issue refund and return bag themselves! BEWARE. Buy luggage somewhere else

Refused to fix dishwasher even under warranty. Sent them all the videos and pictures they asked for of the dirty water and dirty dishes. Their reply “it is fixed”. Like talking to a brick wall. Will NEVER but appliances from there again. Shocking.

Ordered two TVs.

Ordered two TVs.. they called me while i was on another call, a second later i call back and they don't pick up. Then i find an email that they have refunded the amount.. they didn't even try to deliver! I speak to customer service.. they are like a robot and they closed the chat. I have spent more than 50,000 with Carrefour on various electronics and this is how they treat me? Absolutely the worst..
