Great service from booking the car on the internet to driving it away at the airport.

I paid a small price for a small car. I picked up the car from the airport. No long walks or time-consuming transfers to off-airport parking lots. Returning the car was equally simple. I shall use the supplier again.

Easy to book, quick collection and drop off at chosen locations. The partner we used (europcar) provide very new low milage cars that look and feel brand new. I took the top insurance as I am paranoid about getting the car damage by a 3rd party. I will be using Carrentals again this summer.

Easy to understand booking process. Catered for all of my needs ,including excess reduction. Great choice of cars. Good communication with clear instructions.

I booked a car for vienna pick up through their agent green motion
After driving in daylight for several hours. We returned to the car park to continue our journey to Salzberg however as it became dark i turned on the headlights which both had failed. Driving to a garage with only fog lights is a terrible experience. At the garage tbey confirmed both bulbs had blown i had to pay €50
I tried to contact green motion in the whats app chat but no reply. On arrival back to vienna the guy at green motion apologised and confirmed they would refund the money. Then whilst he drove us back to ybe airport he crashed into tbe kerb in the snow. I have written to Carrentals.co.uk but they have not replied nor have i recieved the promised refund. I havr sent them a copy of the invoice. The next step is online uk court claim to recover my expenses. Its a ahame but as they say the price means nothing if the company are not professional in honouring customers expenses for a faulty car

From booking online, to collecting the car and depositing the car at the end of the rental period we found carrentals.co.uk to be professional, efficient and helpful.

Very pleasant experience. Everything was easy.

I cancelled my rental, within the allowed timeframe, was told they had refunded my money, but it never appeared in my bank account.
They asked me to show them , an impossible to obtain ‘signed/headed letter from my bank stating that the refund hadn’t arrived’. My bank told me a PDF bank statement would prove the money hadn’t arrived, but carrentals point blank refuse to investigate without the aforementioned document , which my bank won’t provide. I suspect this is systematic fraud, and am escalating it to the ombudsman, as well as in the process of getting a national newspaper to take my case on.

The entire process was simple, efficient and trouble free. Carrentals.co.uk is my go to car hire vendor

I paid the full cost of my car rental through Carrentals.co.uk. I received a booking confirmation from Noleggiare and was confident that everything was in order.

However, at the Noleggiare office in Milan, they refused to deliver the fully paid car. Carrentals.co.uk failed to fulfill their obligations, despite the fact that I paid the full amount in advance.

The worst part:
• No emergency contact! The emergency number DOESN'T WORK. When you're stranded abroad without a car, with your wife and three-year-old child, it's a disaster. NO ONE will help you!
• Complete disregard. I filed a complaint through my personal account, and a month later they responded, blaming me, and saying they wouldn't refund my money.
• No support. The company simply took the money and disappeared when a problem arose. • My family was left without transportation in a foreign country, our vacation was completely ruined.
• We couldn't get to our booked accommodation (other means of transportation were unavailable).
• Money returned after two months under threat of legal action!
