Still not received order
Absolutely appalling customer service, ordered a few items one of which was a pressure washer, the small items came straight away but since then a further 3 weeks have passed and no signs of the pressure washer. I have received no real updates as to where it is or why it has taken so long to arrive. Tried emailing the address stated yet to no avail eventually after some haggling on their social media I eventually got a short and unhelpful response. I wanted to support a small start up business but wish I hadn't bothered. I did want to make further purchases but this experience has completely put me off and will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm coming up on 4 weeks and still waiting.

Worst company dealt with
Worst company dealt with. Communication very poor. Cancelled my order after poor communication and no getting any information. Was hard work getting my money back. Ordered end of December, finally got my money back 6 Feb. The products looked good on line shame about the service

Great product, poor communications, late delivery
Great product, but commications were poor. I tried contacting on their web chat, email, social media chat after the item still hadnt arrived outside of the stated 3-5 working days and there was no update to the order to say it had been dispatched. The item arrived 10 working days after my order date after I raised a case with PayPal and commented on a 2 day old post on FB. It's a shame as they seem to have some great products and I'm not sure if I would use them again

Poor customer service availability and response
I placed an order with Carscope 4 days ago. Realised I made an error and sent a message through the website asking for it to be reviewed, and if not dispatched, for one of the items to be removed and refunded, no reply.
Subsequently emailed Henri asking the same, no reply.
I have not received any email contact about dispatch, review or refund.
I am completely in the dark as to both the status of the order review and dispatch.
Very difficult to get in touch with this company if you need any further help other than just the basic ordering process.
