This place is a scam dont waste your money on this very expensive joke! And they like about their BBB rating.

Do not get a warranty from them, it is a total scam. Even for items listed as covered, they find a way to not pay because of small random notes in the fine print. Have had the warranty for 4 years and they haven't paid for a single thing (even for multiple things that should have been covered). DONT FALL FOR IT.

Our front-end control arm with ball joint went bad. This company doesn't pay for the diagnosed. which was $143.00 and the final bill was $752.73 dollars and the company only pay 110.00 of the bills. We had to pay the 761.58 out of our pocket. What kind of warranty company is this. A rip off. Please do not sign up for this company. they do not stand behind their ad.

What a joke this company is. If you’re reading this then you already now. Rude,unprofessional load of Donkeys run this company. Good luck talking to someone that’s not reading a Qcard. Not a cent of compassion. $5880 paid for a transmission and they paid 0

Cars protection plus is a joke, do not purchase from them. Their plan is a non refundable plan. So if you purchase you will not be able to get a refund even if you have never had to use the plan. They were extremely rude.

Awful experience. Refused 2 claims on technicalities. Waste of money.

My alternator on my car needed to be replaced. My contract should’ve covered the whole expense. I paid $3000 for the cars protection plus plan. They only covered $300 for my alternator which includes the labor cost. I had to pay $750 out of pocket! It’s a warranty and should cover the full cost. The Alternator is not in the exclusion portion of the contract so it should’ve been covered. I have called 4 times today and left 4 voicemails and no one is calling me back. Also, I emailed and no one has emailed me back. What a scam! They should be sued for not sticking to their contracts! Oh, and I called the extension x1281. It goes right to voicemail and no one calls you back. Just horrible company! They need to be stopped! How can this be legal?

This company is the most deceptive, unprofessional organization I've ever had to do business with. I'm a business owner and we use to use them for over 5 years and we spend almost $35000 until we sold a SUV to a customer and she have engine problem and they send inspector after he check the vehicle he says this truck need a new engine then they says no we are not going to cover this vehicle and every time we call they gave us a deferent excuses now we are going to fix the vehicle to take care of our customer please don't deal with this company 00000000 stars

As a previous reviewer stated, gave 1-star to make the review. They require the claim be initiated by the repair shop, but the repair shop called repeatedly and no one ever picks up. We/they left msgs but no one replies. The repair report was emailed but still nothing. Wasted time. They claim to give prompt & friendly service. What a joke! Policy isn’t worth the paper its printed on.

The customer service rep hanged up the phone on me. She claimed that her supervisor advised her to end the call. They will not cover the cost of repairs. I pray that they are given recompense for all the pain that they have and are causing so many people. We are in a time where such services are needed if the provider is honest. They have you leave a message no one returns your call. When they do answer you get mistreated. What happened to making America great again? Maybe this what some have always thought was great: lying, cheating, manipulation and thievery. The love of money is truly the root of all evil. Let's bring more love into America for a welcome change starting with how we treat one another. My date of experience was 11/7/22. The calendar below refuses to cooperate.

First of all the only reason I gave them one star is it's the only way I could write this review. This company cost me $6,000.00 because they refuse to cover anything. My engine died in my Toyota after 150,000 miles. The mechanic called Cars Protection Plus and they gave him such a run around. No matter what he said they talked circles around him. He spent a total of three hours trying to get this company to pay for repairs. They told him to take apart the entire engine so they knew exactly what caused the engine to die. The mechanic stated that wouldmean he would have to charge me for all those hours of work. They did not care. Also, upon questioning from the mechanic if they would then cover the engine they stated no, not necessarily. There was no guarantee they would cover anything, even after costing me to pay the mechanic for hours of work and then possibly me pay for a new engine after all. This company is nothing but a scam, taking your money every month and covering nothing in return. My car was dead. It should have been covered. This company should be ashamed of themselves and also the car sales companies that sign their customers up. Wonder if they get any kickbacks for pushing this on their customers. This company is the worst.

I have an active coverage with your company my car has been been in the KIA SHOP for over 5 weeks. They sent an adjuster 4 weeks ago and I still have no answer the car has not been repaired. I call your customer service number and they give no concrete answer. I would not recommend this company the lack of seriousness towards their customers and lack of fullfilling the service they have commited in the contract is amazing.

This company is full of it..They make up lil things so they will not have to pay for repairs. Then the claim adjusters mouths are so smart they make you lose your cool. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is a scam bought this plus plan and my car has been sitting at the shop since 7:51am est the claim was sent to them at 8:30am EST and the adjuster still hasn't touched it to be approved and they think it's funny. I have called them 3 times today and get tokdnhrbsae thing. I told them I need my car by Friday . Why does it take so long to approve the claim not like they will fly from PA TO IN so why . I will never go with this company again and I will make sure all my family friends and racing partners cancel through this company.

I had to have my transmission replaced to which they only covered $500 and still left me to pay $7000 out of pocket, but that's not the worst part. The transmission they provided was no good so I had to have it replaced again 2 months later, another $3000 out of pocket. Here I am barely a year later needing yet another transmission because again they sent a bad replacement part. This time they won't cover anything and I'm stuck to pay the full amount on my own. Less than a year I've spent $14000 having my transmission replaced lost months of time at work even lost my job at one point because i had no transportation. Their customer service is terrible. The girl on the phone was rude and very unhelpful.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They say to bring the vehicle to a service shop to get the repair started. It took them 4 weeks for an adjuster to come out. Then denied the claim. Did not inform me but told the service shop. So 5 weeks with out a vehicle. What a disgusting company

Total waste of time and money. Have try on three different occasions and if course it's not covered according to them. Do not waste your time. They have had a law suit against them. Wish I would have done more research.

Horrible, and that's why a lot of dealerships are canceling their contract with this scam company.

Don’t be dumb like I was and buy this coverage! It’s a scam! Bought a vehicle and had to get work done it cost 1400 and every time I do get ahold of a person on the phone it one excuse after another they keep saying the mechanic didn’t do this or that and he won’t call back. Just do yourself a favor don’t buy this!!!!!

It is a scam. They hardly cover the cost you have paid for the policy. The labor cost is too low you'd end up paying a lot from your pocket.
