Understanding where we live would give you more understanding of time we allow for delivery.
8 days is normal but with short week and floods we allow extra time. Had I picked up phone before as you state this would have been us expecting miricale from delivery.

So sorry about your order. We had a technical glitch which resulted in you receiving a confirmation but we didn’t. You order was lost in the cloud. Instead of waiting 14 days, driving 160kms and spending more money you could hve picked up the phone and alerted us. We then would have found your order and shipped that day. Saving you considerable cost and stress. We can’t fix a problem if we don’t know it exists. I am sorry you are out of pocket. I will refund your delivery fee.
