Problem Solved Extremely Fast!!
I had a problem with one of my cartridges being empty before the printer alerted me that it was even low, so they added an extra one for that colour. Thanks!! Always reliable and fast shipping.

Adjusting my review...
I previously left a negative review because I was requested to give my view/opinion on the service of Cartridge Specialists by Trustpilot. For unknown reasons, my order went into cyberspace and wasn't found for a couple of days. After posting my review, I received an email from Jon at Cartridge Specialists to advise that there had indeed been an issue and the order was sent, albeit late, but this couldn't be helped.
Given that I have been updated now, it is only fair to adjust my review.
Given that my order was lost in cyberspace, given the reply to my initial review, I can only assume my email, sent before leaving a negative review, to ask where my order was also went there and will show up in a few days time. These things happen. :)
I am ultimately very happy with the retailer's prompt attention.
