Ordered genuine black/colour printer ink. Recd strange payment verification email from Nochex. Then got strange email thanking me for my "interest" saying purchase would be processed after separate payment verification. The printer ink never arrived and no further contact was received. Payment was taken same day. From my experience and others on Trustpilot this company take your money but will send either nothing or reconditioned non genuine items.

I would give it NO STARS if possible. Be warned. Read carefully, they say on their website " All cartridges are professionally REMANUFACTURED using the latest technology"
I had to chase our order using two different e-mails as it did not arrive in the due time given and no indication was afforded. A short apology when chased, again no reason given. Once the cartridges arrived along with a scruffily printed note to tell you how to get around your printer if loading of cartridges failed.
More importantly we print very regular quantities and know how long our cartridges last. These fell well short. So BEWARE if it seams too cheap there is usually a very good reason. I will only buy from regular suppliers who guarantee brand new factory cartridges.

Sadly after taking 3 weeks to arrive they don't work and they wont reply to requests to Return them.
Tried following all sorts of instructions on line and none work including there own. when back to HP and then tried again and still no luck>

CAUTION.

I paid £50 for cartridges. They never arrived, and they're ignoring my follow-up e-mails.

Paid £50 for cartridges didn’t receive anything I wished I looked at the reviews first.
I have now received the cartridges whether they work or not is yet to be seen. I will update this review if all is well.

Purchase hp924, I was sent 4 empty used cartridges, contacted customer services but just ignored

cant get payment to go through, got declined 3 times by my bank, somthing isnt rigth about this company !!

The Ink arrived - very delayed however the ink quality is bad. I will not be using this comany again.

Ordered two sets of HP cartridges on 9th June, chased 3 weeks later to be told delay. Two further emails ignored. They took my money and never delivered the order.

Don't Panic!
I ordered and paid for two sets of HP 953XL Cartridges before reading the reviews - naturally I was mortified.
They arrived after five days.
With each cartridge their was a note explaining that HP might try to reject them by saying 'ink low - depleted' or something else and what to do if this happens. 'It did happen' I followed Cartridge Stop's simple instructions and everything is fine.. print quality is excellent..
So I can recommend Cartridge Stop.
You don't have to be tec savvy to press 'okay and continue'

DO NOT BUY INK from Cartridgestop. I ordered HP301 black and colour ink cartridges from this company, after waiting a week for delivery I contacted the company and finally received the ink 3 days later. The cartridges were marked HP301 but each cartridge contained a message saying they were re-filled cartridges. My printer would not accept the cartridges saying they were not genuine so they are completely useless. A waste of £22.99.

Customers I would not be cursing myself for ordering from this company. Money taken on 5/06/2025 and still after several attempts to contact them have not received any reply.

Took 3 weeks to receive the ink had to send an email asking where it was. Then it turned up, but when I put them in says not compatible with my printer so complete waste of money as won't work in my printer.

Promptly took your money , delay in sending ink out. After several messages ink finally arrived.
Unfortunately HP printer would not accept the ink. After phoning HP they said the ink wasn’t genuine. Lost out money
Have emailed company but no reply.
Will not be using or recommending this company.

Made the same mistake as many others, these are not made or refilled by the manufactures, in my case HP. The printer does not recognise the cartridges so cannot use them, though it may be just as well as there's no guarantee that they won't damage the printer

Ordered ink for HP 8020e printer. Had to chase up order as they hadn't arrived after a week. Eventually arrived, installed them, and printer saying "ink low" and tried printing...printing failed!!!
As with others, wish I had looked at reviews here first!

refurbished rubbish, the advert clearly states new at the top, need to read the small print which says re manufactured, label stuck on with sellotape, never posted out till i chased them up twice, wouldn't have arrived if i never chased them up, a totally stitch up company in more ways than 1, im contacting trading standards Monday as this must stop,
