Bought ink on 28th Dec, 18th Jan still not arrived. Order ID #18037

No phone number to contact them and the email address is invalid.

The message system on the website does not work or they are ignoring all messages.

Cartridge Stop when you get notified of my review please send my ink or give me my money back

Ordered cartridges on 12th December and still not arrived tried emailing a couple of times but getting nowhere! Do not use

Placed an order but 17 days on it has still not arrived. Money taken on day of order. Emailed the company but no response.
Reading other reviews, it seems I am just another, in a long line of unhappy customers, who have never received their orders, or have received substandard products.
If I should get my order, or get a refund, I will post another review to say so, as I do not wish to accuse the company of malpractice, even though others have.

Do NOT use this company - they are fraudsters. I paid for genuine HP ink and they a) sent it only after I chased them up after two weeks and b) sent compatible ink.

I am currently in the process of trying to chase up my order, started to smell a rat when I couldn’t find a telephone contact number!!!!!
I just happened upon this site and have realised I’ve been ripped off too. Why can companies like these continue to rip innocent shoppers off??????? Stay away, I’m going to put it down to experience, I have no idea how anyone would get a refund?

NEVER ARRIVED HAD SOME REALLY IMPORTANT DOCMENTS TO PRINT EMAILED THEM NO RESPONSE THE COMPANY THEY USE TO TAKE PAYMENTS NO CHEX ARE BAD TOO

I ordered a full set of cartridges for my HP printer. I had to email them to see why they were taking so long to arrive.

When they did, basically the cartridges did not contain any ink.
I have emailed the 'company' and awaiting reply.

TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

If I could have scored zero stars, I would have.
Avoid this company - they may be cheaper but they failed to deliver and I had the hassle of organizing a refund. And the inconvenience of no ink cartridge when I needed one.

I have just received a refilled old cartridge, still with a insert from a needle, claiming to be HP.
I waited an entire week and I have received such waste. Be aware!

Bought 2 sets of cartridges at £15.99. Prompt service but cartridges didn't work. I was asked to return them for a full refund, which I have done. 1 month later I'm still waiting for a refund. All my e-mails and attempts to contact them via their website are being ignored. I'd advise you not to use them.

Bought cartridges almost a month ago. Money taken from the account, yet no cartridges. I have emailed them on several occasions but NO RESPONSE.
BAD COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought 2 sets of hp cartridges for & £15.99 and the first set threw up error messages on my printer and simply didn't work. I've emailed cartridge stop 3 times and have yet to get a response. Looks like I will have to pay them a visit now - luckily they are nearby!

I purchased 'compatible' but not genuine printer ink cartridges from this company. Despite following the guidance thst came with the cartridges about agreeing to error messages on my printer. I find I am now totally unable to print now, despite since buying genuine ink cartridges. My printer will not stop displaying the ink cartridge error message and have had to buy a new printer.
I did get a full refund from this company for the cartridges, however that is not enough to the cost of replacing my printer. Would not buy from this company again.
