Order was delivered pretty promptly, price was good and the website was easy to use. It would be nice to receive an email relating to when the order would be dispatched and some way to check this proactively (hence 4 starts rather than 5). However, I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I purchase both through CascadeBitz and direct from their Ripon garden centre, I also need considerable advice on many aspects of Koi Keeping. With regards to both services that are offered I have nothing but praise for both David and Pam, they are exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of fish keeping and are more than happy to assist you. The prices that they charge are reasonable and always good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

What can I say, received my order today on Christmas Eve and I was kept in constant contact with regards to the delivery date and even received a call which was fantastic.

Using a new company for the first time I am always a little bit skeptical. I always read the reviews and tend to base my decision on the bad reviews rather than the good reviews. Reading the reviews left me quite confident but being able to use PayPal helped make the decision easier for me. If there was a problem with the order or the company then I could use PayPal to help me retrieve my money.
So I placed the order and I was pleasantly surprised. The order arrived before estimated arrival date, the order was completely fulfilled and all was packaged sensibly so that none of the products were damaged.
I can safely say that I WILL be using this company again!

Only possible area for improvement would be that they could keep customers updated a bit better. You get an automated response on order and no other updates, it took about 8 days to get my stuff (in todays world that is quite a long time) and I didn't know what was happening or if there was a problem - as it was there was no issue but they could e.g. let the customer know what day the delivery will be dispatched, let the customer know the delivery has been dispatched and when to expect receipt. When you mail them they are quick to answer.

I ordered a 11 Watt UVC T5 Laguna UV bulb for the fishpond. CascadeBitz came in much cheaper than a lot of other sites. Delivery was quick so it was a good service and would use again. However, when I did an initial internet search, there was a list of about 5 different companies that stocked what I was looking for and in the list it stated price, postage and then there was a total price. On this list, CascadeBitz said it was free P&P - which is why I went with them. But, when you put your order in, it automatically added in £3.99 P&P. I was a bit annoyed at this but I continued with the purchase anyway as it was still cheaper than other sites.

No goods after 8 days.I contacted the company by e-mail yesterday - no reply. Telephoned today to be told that "someone" had returned the goods damaged. It was certainly not me and not my neighbour, but the inference was that I had somehow been responsible. They had not seen fit to contact me regarding this. The person I spoke to could not have been more unhelpful and used the word "can't" several times. A company that "can't"clearly can't have my custom.

Good service. I ordered a 12 month supply of Biorb Service Kits and other items. They were the cheapest around and the order arrived in about 3 days, well packaged etc. I would certainly recommend and use them again.

Great service. Order arrived about 4 days after ordering. Packaged well. I like to surf the internet, to find a company that has cheaper prices and all the products in stock that I need for my 2 fish tanks. This company fit those requirements. Would recommend & use again
