I received the wrong delivery and not what I ordered. I have sent them copies of the email showing what I ordered and what they send me. I have looked up phone numbers and tried to contact them by phone to no avail. They should not be associated with Amazon.

Never received product or response from you after I sent MULTIPLE messages. I’d give you 0 stars if that was an option. Advised QVC of my experience, I hope they never use you again.

I never received my product
I never received my product. My address was correctly entered, as noted on my receipt, but I was notified that it was undeliverable. It was then returned to sender.

Upside down photo printed
The personal photo that I submitted to be used on my caseable was printed upside down! This is evident because the slit on the caseable that should lay over the on/ off button on the tablet is on the bottom when looking at the photo, instead of on the top! I never notified you about this error because it was so much trouble placing my caseable order to begin with (it took me over 3 weeks after receiving my tablet from QVC on October 17,2022 to place my order due to your technical issues on your website). I did email your company about my troubles but I never received a response from you.

I thought they were supposed to be free. Then I saw them charged to my QVC card. I feel cheated, I'm not sure I would have ordered them if I knew the price before hand. Think they are pricey.

Ordered a case that was offered free and the design of my choice. It was a design that was a inspiration to. Because the address was wrong I never heard from the company that it was undeliverable or that it was returned to you. Very sad.

First screen protector came shattered
First screen protector came shattered. It's replacement came in worse shape then the first. Finally the third came in 1 piece, took almost 1 month. And the case I ordered was in no way as well made as my first 1 for a different Kindle.
