The artwork on the case is lovely and the case fits perfectly. It took a while to received the item but I think it's coming from outside the US.

I never received my delivery from this…

I never received my delivery from this company and there is no number to call for customer support. It took weeks to get it reshipped after the delivery could not be completed due to an incorrect address. My package was shipped twice again with incorrect address information and returned to the sender although the right address information was entered when ordering from the very first time. It seems almost like some kind of scam because this was a voucher from QVC and I’ve not been able to get any sort of compensation or refund for the case.

Received the tablet cover with any…

Received the tablet cover with any problems.About a week after that I received the screen protector cover. It arrived broken. So I text casable and they sent me another cover but it was also broken. I contacted casable again and have not received any information back. This was so long ago I don't even remember the date.

Easy set up of the Fire HD 10

I received the Fire HD 10 as a Christmas gift from my kids. Not very tech saavvy so my daughter set it up for me. It included a voucher to order a free case which I ordered on my own. Very was very easy to order and arrived quickly (in one week). Arrived today just in time for a trip I'm taking..

Customer Service sucked

Customer Service was not able to assist with adding a picture to my case
QVC said how easy it was but it definitely was not easy.

This tablet stand is comfortable to hold and is very adjustable. I use it every day.
Also, I like the pocket to hold pens, etc.

Order never received

I never received my initial order or the replacement that was sent. Received notification both times that it was out for delivery and then that same day that it had been routed back to the sender.

2 screener savers

You reshipped the screen saver because the first one cracked.The second one would not stick in one corner no matter what. I do not remeber the dartes of return etc.

I never received either of the…

I never received either of the Caseables I ordered they would not put the apartment number on the package so it kept getting returned. I kept emailing them but the replies I got back were uncaring. After my fifth and final attempt I figured I wasn’t going to get the cases so I dropped it. I will never do business with Caseable again!

I NEVER received my case

I NEVER received my case! Reported that I didn't receive my first to customer service and they claimed to send out another one. This was months ago. I Reported I didn't receive the replacement and they sent a tracking # where it never moved from the facility. To this day I still have not received my order. So my first (and last) experience with your company was not pleasurable.
(I just picked a date below because I'm not going to figure dates out for something I'm never going to receive)

I love my caseable

I love my caseable. So simple to design and it is received just as I designed it. I have always received well made products. I have several of these cases and not one complaint.
