WORST COMPANY EVER.
Worst Company I have ever come across.
The phone cases are not as they seem look photocopied and dull nothing like the pictures.
The colour of the phonecase was rubbing off and turning the whole case black.
Emailed the company numerous times, they ignored me. Then a week passed and I was contacted via email. The message was short and blunt. Was told I would have to send it all the way back to New York before I could have a refund. No apology, no offer to pay the postage for there mistake. Then finally I got another email and was told they were not ignoring me that they had been at a convention 😂😂 before calling me a 'liar' and saying they had video evidence that there was no damage ? 😔I asked to see this video but it's just lies and they are Just plan rude. So I had to go through paypal to get my refund, still had to pay over 40 pounds shipping. The law as well as there refund policy clearly states if the item is faulty they are liable. They do not care they just want money. AVOID at all costs. Such a shame because there phone cases in the pictures look so lovely.
