Case Hut were very good
Case Hut were very good, efficient and prompt. I bought two phone cases, both good quality. However it is a disappointment to me that neither made provision for a wrist strap, something I feel in this day and age would provide added security and make it less likely a phone could be stolen out of your hand. Still searching!

Bit disappointed
Am disappointed my case was transparent as I expected it to be white colour as in the photo. And one of the flowers was peeling off when I received it. Unfortunately not what i was expecting.

Terrible company (Case Hut) an on-line company selling mobile phone protective cover and screen.
Terrible company, do not buy from them! I have bought and paid for two samsung case (A70 and A90). Unfortunately did not receive the goods. Tried to contact them on telephone with no success and have left messages but no one replied. I am in the process of complaining to the relevant authority.

Rude response from Chloe for cancelling order
Had placed an order Friday evening and due to an error on my part, (due to multiple models of the phone I was purchasing a case for) I wished to cancel as it hadn't been sent yet, not because it hadn't been sent yet. Received a very rude response from Chloe! I was going to purchase the correct case but due her attitude I have taken my business elsewhere!

Case Hut false advertising
I ordered the cracked gold design gel case for my Xperia 5 and what arrived was nothing like the image of what they advertised. The design was squashed and the middle of the case is so faded you can barely see any design at all. Will be returning for a full refund as there is no way it is worth £12. I'd be reluctant to even pay £1 for a product of this quality.

Candy dream phone case
I got the candy dream phone case for my Samsung galaxy A70 and was left very disappointed when it arrived. On the website it looked really brightly coloured but in reality, when it arrived, it was very dull and basically just not what I ordered. I am going to keep it because I do like the feel of it, just feel as though it was falsely advertised.

I bought a glass screen for my mobile…
I bought a glass screen for my mobile which was described as 'designed to be extremely tough and durable' but chipped and cracked easily.
Their customer service phone line is constantly engaged. Their email support response was 'It looks like it has come in contact with something'. Which means the protective screen is not fit for purpose, and not as described.
As I bought different brands in the past, I know what to expect from a durable mobile protective screen.
I will not be buying from them in the future.
