I bought a google charger 30w.Was stop working after few months.When i asked about warranty their answer was that they only offer 1 month warranty. This is ridiculous. Avoid buying to save your money

I bought a phone charger 3 weeks ago and it has not been delivered, the Yodel delivery number does not exist and no contact from Fonehaus!!
This is a scam company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I purchased this item for my son as far as I know he is happy with it.

Been buying chargers and accessories from these guys and the products are genuine amd original. Definitely recommend to anyone if they want to buy original phone chargers and accessories.

Took out a new SIM only contract with Three through Fonehouse. It was easy to call them and get through to the right team to check the details of the contract. The agent was knowledgeable, polite, and easy to understand. So nice to be dealing with a company that has its act together and a total contrast to BT/EE or whatever they are calling themselves now who are a shambles.

I purchased a battery expecting next-day dispatch with delivery in 2-3 working days. The order confirmation stated that official shipping confirmation would follow once posted. After three days with no updates, I contacted FoneHaus to check if the item had been shipped and if not, to cancel the order.

I immediately received a cancellation email with a refund, but no explanation or apology for the delay. The lack of communication and abrupt handling of the request was frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was a complete waste of time, and the customer service approach left much to be desired.

Ordered items which were apparently in stock. Order confirmation email stated that I would be notified once my order was dispatched and standard delivery was 2-3 working days.
Almost 1 week later & no confirmation of dispatch, so I emailed them to ask if my order had been dispatched & I had not been notified. I also stated that if my order had not been fulfilled then I would like to cancel the order and get a refund as I need to get the items from elsewhere.
Within 30 minutes I received an email to advise that my order had been cancelled and that I would get a refund.
A waste of my time as had they have stated that the items were not in stock or coming from China then I would not have bothered ordering anything.

It was great that I was able to get a charger for my old Pixel 2. Delivery took a while and I was not very sure when it would arrive so I marked it down to 4 stars for that reason.

Replace phone glass, lasted just over a week.

Took it back and they wanted to charge a discounted rate saying phone had been damaged.

Took phone elsewhere and they said it was a very poor installation and sub-standard part. No damage.

Be very careful using this repair shop.

Bought before quality sound good look cheap and well priced including the post charge, ( if they break will not cry replacements well priced

Such wonderful service. A rare thing today and, as I am "getting on" in life they were so helpful. A young man called Matt in Newton Abbot dealt with multiple problems so efficiently over 4 visits.
A genuine first class shop.

Ordered 14june received tracking number but was never able to track it 23 June now still nothing
