Swift reply for a change in order
After my purchase, I realized that one of the product in the list didn't have the reference I expect (probably didn't update my cart accordingly).

Fast shipping and a lot of items in stock
Ordered twice from caseking and each time the order arrived in perfect condition to Bucharest. Some cases they have it stock are really hard to find anywhere else and the prices are decent. They also put a small pack of Haribo gummy bears inside the parcel which always amuses me and find it a nice touch on their part.

Update 19/10/22:
Caseking have arranged with AMD to provide the codes which I have now received. I have therefore changed the review to 3/5, I am still not as happy a customer as I would have been had this problem not occurred, and I am quite sure that it took the bad publicity here on Trustpilot to motivate caseking to rectify their mistake. The initial replies from caseking customer service amounted to "them's the breaks".
My advice to anyone looking to redeem codes from a GPU purchase or similar from caseking: Chase them repeatedly rather than relying on them to remember to send you the code after their 14 day wait period.

I bought an AMD RX 6000 series graphics card in August 2022, with an associated promotion for 3 free games under the AMD 'Raise the game' promotion. I emailed caseking on the day the card was delivered asking for the codes, they told me to wait 14 days and they would send the codes. They didn't send the codes, when I contacted them about this they sent an expired code and I have missed out on the promo. They accepted that they totally failed but cannot do anything to put this right.
This is poor customer service and I would be hesitant to ever use them again.

Perfect choice for building a PC in Ireland
I've built three PCs using CaseKing now and I can't fault them. I haven't found a better place to order parts from to Ireland. Their prices are fair, they have a huge range of items and their website makes it very clear when items out of stock will be back in stock.
Their next day delivery option is expensive but so worth it if you're in a rush. I ordered at 13:37 on Monday, I then received an email at 16:38 the same day saying it had been dispatched, and it arrived on Tuesday at 14:02. I think I missed the cut-off for next day in this case, I expected it to be sent Tuesday and arrive Wednesday but they still managed to get it out the door on Monday. Very impressive.

Worst RMA Service I've ever had with any European Store
I've been a customer of this store for some time now, and until recently I have been satisfied with the experience I had.
I bought from them multiple graphic cards and they are all doing well apart from one that started manifesting a fan that is oscillating like it would fly off the cooling system.
I have contacted their RMA department and asked them if they are able to either repair my defective graphic card or if they would be able to send me the fan set to replace it myself ( I didn't say, but I was prepared to actually pay for the spare parts just to have the original fan set which is recommended by the manufacturer). Either way, I've been contacted shortly after and informed that they are not able to provide me with spare fans, but I was encouraged to have a short video recording of the malfunctioning fans.
Said and done, I have opened my personal computer and made a short video showing exactly the described defect. I was then assured that this is very annoying to have and they gave me a shipment label and encouraged me to send them back the graphic card so they can have a look.
The next day, I packed the graphic card in the original package and send it to the National Post Service so it can find its way back to the retailer. I was satisfied that my problem is going to be handled by professionals and that I don’t have to order the required fans from who knows what online store and carry out the repair myself. So I thought…
After approximately one week, however, while browsing my mailbox, I discovered an email sent from their RMA department in which I was informed that my warranty claim has been rejected because I was using my GPU for cryptocurrency mining.
I replied to the email denying the accusations and reminded them that they cannot prove that I have done what they were saying.
Shortly after, I received a reply in which apparently according to the law in Germany, starting from 01.01.2022, after one year under warranty, I have to provide evidence that I didn’t damage my own good and in this case that I haven’t been using my graphic card for cryptocurrency mining. I was also accused of dubious purchasing history and that I have bought from them only graphic cards and no other computer components. The reason for that as I reminded the agent who replied to my ticket was that other computer components were simply cheaper elsewhere and it’s my right to buy whatever I want from whoever I want.
In conclusion, I would think twice before ordering anything from this retailer. Apparently, you have to record your usage of the ordered goods 24/7 so you can provide them evidence you haven’t damaged your own product. And we’re talking here about a set of fans, not about a burned graphic card or something more expensive to repair. In my opinion with this retailer, you have no warranty because as a normal user you are not able to provide them evidence of your claims and they will reject any RMA claims whatsoever.
They are very friendly when you are purchasing something but after that they not helping you with anything. And we’re talking about a customer who has ordered from them a lot of products in the last 2 years and who as well recommended the store to a large number of friends from my position of owning a rather big gaming community.
This last experience made me feel like I haven’t received the proper respect I deserved as a customer being accused of unproven deeds and being found guilty by default. By the way, I don’t know how it is in other countries, but at least in mine, when you are appearing in front of a court of law, there is a thing called presumption of innocence. Apparently, at Caseking RMA, you are guilty by default and the so-called 2 years warranty which is supposedly provided by the selling agreement is just a marketing tool, nothing more. After you have purchased the goods they are reselling you are on your own.

This is my go-to shop for PC components in Germany. The processing and shipping are extremely fast (promised 3-5 days, shipped in the morning and delivered on the evening of the second day), packaging is flawless (with an extra Haribo surprise) and no hassle customer support. Their prices are very good and I would rather pay an euro more here and know that in case of a defect they will have my back than buy from some unknown shop and be stuck on my own in trouble.

The front case panel(mesh pannel for a phanteks eclipse p400s)i could not find it anywhere else.
