Can not give this company anything but 100%, so easy to follow their instructions, we had the money in the bank in less than 24 hours from sending our gold securely via Royal Mail, had a phone call from a lovely man called Luke and he explained every step of the process.

This is the first time I have used this service and I must say I am extremely impressed by this company. I sent my items off on the Monday and by the Tuesday afternoon had the valuation phone call. Then the money was in the bank about 20 minutes later. Amazing, helpful and friendly customer service. Everything was so quick and very efficient. Far better value than the High Street. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

The CYG service is vert transparent and good value. On two occasions, CFYG have offered a very good price offered for both gold and platinum rings. The expected price calculator is easy to use and the confirmed price once the jewellery had been shipped was very close with minor variation down to metal value fluctuations. The shipping process and associated payment fees are clearly explained. Other on-line services with price calculators have given substantially lower prices and another, where you send the items and receive a valuation, gave an appalling initial offer.
