Outstanding company, 100% recommenced, I bought a cash register a few years ago from them which I found difficult to program but after sales were fantastic and talked me through everything, just upgraded to an EPOS system which I have found fantastic and customer support still outstanding, highly recommend, best support and advice and highly recommended

They are misleading, I wanted to return the product and they tried to manipulate me, saying that I did not buy from them, I sent the invoice, the emails I receive from the company itself, the screen print of my bank account with the name of the company CRG , yet they denied me the return of the product, the return is within all the requirements of the company. I will take appropriate measures.

hi Sergio, as previously communicated - the items returned, while where the same items - there were different physical items. the serial numbers of all of the returned devices were different to what you purchased from us. We scan each and every item out of our warehouse and they did not come from us. If you had returned the correct physical items then we would have refunded

Spent more than £300 on a system only to find that the tablets don't work and outdated. Last update in 2009. They are scammers and not worth buying from.
