Hi I do not usually write reviews as no one really knows what goes on behind the scenes of any large organisation. However I feel I need to quote a recent availability enquiry. Location, must have own transport has location difficult to get to and there is no station pick ups. Fine I actually live in this village and have the same post code quoted. I informed the booker twice on this by e-mail. No acknowledgement at all then the standard release e-mail. Your reviews state good communication with all artists. What was good about this ? BTW have done SA work for many years since I retired and have been with you for over ten years and had not one job. When I read your reviews I wonder is this the Casting Collective I have been with all these years.

I’m quite impressed with these reviews as I didn’t realise anybody actually got work from them.5 years I have been with them and not a single job.plenty of put you forward and let downs last minute.
It’s clear they don’t look at your profile before putting you forward,as most say don’t cut your hair etc.snd yes I’m bald 😂😂

I have been working as a Support Artiste for 8 years and my best jobs have come through Casting Collective. I have ice-skated, danced, swum, been a corpse and been involved in many wonderful productions. The team have always been so supportive and approachable, such as when I had to pull out of a film at short notice because a long-waited-for operation suddenly became available. I am very grateful for all the opportunities I have been given through CC and wish them every success in the future.

I joined Casting Collective last year after a friend recommended them, and it’s been fantastic! Working with Casting Collective has been a great experience. I joined this Agency end of 2005/2006 getting work. I left the airline industry after falling into a deppresion I could not get out after losing my father of Sudden death in 2003, Be careful, who you talk to in the set, "they" want to find out every little details about your life in order to "cast you" into productions that will only cause you more harm than good. I had a good experience but unfortunately there's an element of who to give the unwanted roles to whom and who gets better roles. Also, if you are an actor with a stiff upper lip this is not the agency for you and please do not bully support artists who are there to literally support and respect your privacy. Good experience but this industry is a self employed one so no perks, no medical insurance, union was ok when I was with Bectu had a nasty experience once and nothing was done about it. Also if you are not born in the UK take care with sensitive roles in history or medieval times as actors can get very aggressive, they have to, only they do it to sell a movie but if you are a sensitive kind of soul be warned and be prepared. Large casting calls in crowds are not safe, I was approached many times to work in other industries that I did not want to work for. Human trafficking is a concern is this industry. Grooming, and lies from other people who only join the agency for ulterior motives.

CC were recommended by a friend. I've been impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of their team across the board. Its been a pleasure working with them. Payments have been prompt and accurate too.

Casting Collective, are a really great agency. They are professional, have good communication with availability requests, letting you know if you have the job, or not. They are very clear with information around briefings.

With Casting Collective you always know where you are, details for jobs are clear and there is always a number to message if things become a problem getting to the shoot. Big Plus is they always Release you when not wanted, its so frustrating hanging on to a day 'just in case'.
