Great aftercare
Hanging clothes airer was super-sturdy and there's something extremely satisfying about buying things you know are going to last forever. We recently lost some parts in a move and were delighted to discover that replacements were still available years and years after original purchase and even after our particular model was no longer stocked. Customer support were friendly, responsive and helpful.

Changing our utility room completely and we wanted to get an old fashioned clothes airer. We received our 2.4m Victorian style cast iron clothes airer after a slight delay - this was due only to Parcelforce routing to the wrong depot. In terms of product we are completely satisfied. Good quality, well made and the fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. Love it, and it just completes our new utility room!

Easy to order, great product.
