Excellent service
Extensive, well-designed, intuitive and easy to navigate website with lots of info specific to the item I ordered (replacement parts for a dutch airer/clothes dryer), including an excellent video showing how to assemble and hang the dryer.
I had to phone to ask a specific question re dimensions and the lady I spoke to was helpful and polite.
The order came as promised within 3 days. Well wrapped, excellent quality and items work perfectly.

Excellent quality
The letter plate is solid brass and the screws are 316 stainless steel so I am very pleased with the quality. I had a minor issue which was quickly resolved so their support is excellent too. I would recommend.

Yep, order with confidence, absolutely top top product, finished to a super high standard, well packaged, communication fantastic, tracking info supplied. The grill is high quality thick gauge stainless and cooking was a pleasure. Will be ordering the tripod accessory next.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. Parcel force have failed to deliver both times. First attempt, they arrived 3 hours early, 2 nd attempt they failed to leave parcel, as instructed, in my safe space, parcel is now in Basingstoke, I have no way to get there and no effective means to contact them. Why use these people to post you products to customers if they are unable to deliver goods effectively. I have workmen booked for tomorrow that I will have to pay. I am really not happy.

When the order was placed, there were no instructions provided for a safe place to leave the parcel. This is why Parcel Force did not leave the parcel as expected. We understand the frustration this has caused, especially with your scheduled workmen. We always advise our customers to book workmen after receiving the products to account for any potential delays.
The day after your parcel left us, the courier sent a text message indicating it was out for delivery. Through that message, you arranged for it to be delivered the following working day. Unfortunately, on that day, the courier arrived earlier than the estimated time and missed you. Although Parcel Force provides an estimated time of arrival, unexpected delays can occur or in your instance they were ahead of schedule. For more precise tracking, you can use your tracking number on Parcel Force’s website to follow the driver’s route in real-time.
We always encourage our customers to reach out to us if they encounter any issues. This allows us to contact the courier and resolve the matter promptly. In your case, once we saw your review, we intervened and arranged for the parcel to be left with your neighbour. Parcel Force successfully delivered the parcel and informed you via text message. You can also see the delivery photo on their website.
