Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. The fantastic customer service
The fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Becca was amazing and so patient and everyone I spoke to was lovely. The quality is super and I would not hesitate to buy again. I was buying from Ireland and the process went really smoothly.

Great customer service on the telephone very helpful however when the overflow arrived it needed quite a bit of alteration and adjustments

With regard to the overflow, it is quite common for these to require some adjustment during installation. Bath overflows and wastes are not completely universal, as fitting requirements can vary depending on the bath’s thickness, design, and overflow positioning.

Becca has been an absolute standout throughout our entire bathroom renovation. From the very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had, she replied quickly and thoughtfully, which made a complex renovation feel far more manageable. Her communication alone set the tone for what has easily been the best experience we’ve had with any company during this process.
Beyond Becca’s exceptional support, the products themselves are beautifully made and clearly high quality. Shipping was also impressively fast coming from the UK to Canada and reliable, which was such a relief. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service provided.
We were so pleased that we’ve already placed a second order, and it certainly won’t be our last. I highly recommend working with this company on any projects you may have! I hope they come out with a kitchen collection soon.
