Have purchased a number of made-to-order radiators and accessories from castrads over the last couple of years. Customer service and product quality has been consistently excellent. Our plumbers are impressed with them too - so much so that one of them has become a customer of theirs as well!

Great company and great products and service would use them every time

I am rating the purchase of the product, its delivery, packaging and presentation.

The purchase was easy. A specialist reached out offering an alternative TRV to the one I was looking for to regulate the temperature in my apartment. As soon as the order was processed, I received a confirmation with the shipping information. Yesterday, I had my building super install the TRVs. They were beautiful in their presentation and their packaging. I hope that they work as well as how they look.

Purchased a 2 prong radiator brush a hard to find item. It works great. Used to have 4 prong one that totally fell apart with age.

I was delighted to find Castrads were local to me. Their back story and the detail about the skillets’ production was just the sort that appeals to me. Nick was very responsive in correspondence and Simon most helpful when we visited the factory. I’m enjoying using the skillet and would have found it useful if a note on initial care and ongoing maintenance had been included in the box.

Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I paid over $3,500 to have my 3 radiators sandblasted and powder coated by Castrads. When I received them back, They couldn’t be reconnected. The threaded valve spuds were painted over, making it impossible to get a proper seal. Castrads admitted this is part of their “standard process” if spuds aren’t removed—but any professional knows critical openings should be protected during blasting and coating. They did nothing to prevent damage and then told me to buy replacement parts instead. No accountability for their own mistakes. My radiators are now unusable unless I pay more to fix what they broke. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
