I am not too sure

I am not too sure. I have a withdrawal with this company that they have said has “failed”. They have advised it has been passed on to the relevant department to process but I am still waiting. The customer service are nice; but they said the processing department work 24/7… so I’m not sure why I STILL don’t have my funds. I’m fully verified and have withdrawn before.

This is my biggest withdrawal on the site, which is why I am skeptical I will receive it. I will return to update my review should I receive the funds in a timely manner (or at all).

Only issue i have had is with a free spins bonus, used chat an was fixed within 10 minutes.

I rate company on how they handle issues, As every company does have them.

When i request a withdrawal it is normaly in my paypal within 15 minutes of requesting.

I have said to a few friends that casumo is one of the best sites i have used. Well done

Depositing is easy but withdrawing is like pulling teeth .Been waiting over a week for my withdrawal still hasn't arrived.Before i deposited i checked and they didn't need any documents and verification,even asked support since hadn't used the account in a while and they said it was good to go .I put my money didn't even wager it because their crappy site was glitching and it wouldn't let me place the bet,so used another bookies instead for that game and decided to withdraw.......i request the withdrawal wait for like a week see nothing in my account i go on there and find that they suddenly want verification...So you took my money just fine but when i want it back you want verification .....money that i didn't even wager?Also in the uk it is illegal to do this , you are not suppose to block withdrawals for any reason like the flimsy ones you give....Your support was telling me that you are obligated to do so but apparently you don't even know the law and you just making stuff up to frustrate clients

Super fast payout! Impressive!

Super impressed with Casumo after hearing (1st hand) positive reviews locally!... Decent game selection, Superfast payout! (Under 24hrs)
After being down over $15k, I had a couple of huge wins, then attempting my 1st withdrawal, withdrew over $25k last night in segments (10k, 10k, ,6k) which was processed and in my bank by lunchtime the following day, locking up a very tidy profit 👍 no questions asked, no dramas, no issues.
Not sure what's up with the negative reviews on here... (I had zero issues at all.... )
I'm assuming half the people complaining here don't pay attention to "bonus rules" around "use of bonus funds" (which could potentially disqualify any payout eligibility..)
To avoid potential issues here (if uncertain) I'd seriously suggest just playing with your own cash only, and"opting out" of any "bonus offers" anytime when you are not prepared to read, understand and navigate the "rules or requirements"..

I am still waiting my withdrawals

I am still waiting my withdrawals, but Casumo team told me to upload my proof of address, proof of identity and bank account statement with Casumo deposits. I apploded my UK driver licence, my bank statement and council tax. I received an email said that rejected documents. It said my driving licence is blurry, of course all UK driver licence is a bit blurry because the picture is inside d circle. After taking my thousands of pounds, I withdrew around £200 they restricted my withdrawals. Not even my winnings. I deposited this money. It's hard for me to applod all of this documents because I have no printer. I asked Why you're doing this to me. They answered it is in their policy to check. But they are not checking, they wanted my bank account statement. Be careful playing this website, it's easy to deposit when you just open, but when you withdraw they will ask you a lot of required documents with your home address, bank account, ID, video picture. Until now I am still waiting my withdrawals. Be careful of this website

If I had known about Gamblrado earlier

If I had known about Gamblrado earlier, I wouldn't have deposited any money here. The problem with Casumo are the poor RTPs and the fact that they don't have all the games. The bonuses are also poor. But especially if you play a lot, you notice that you lose more here than if you search for casinos on Gamblrado, for example. Will never play here again!

I won some money on casumo

I won some money on casumo, it was soo easy for me to deposit money but my withdrawal has been pending for 2 weeks now. What gambling app makes someone wait 2 weeks to get their money. And this still isn’t resolved I’m still pending.
