Very poor service

Withdrew £2600 on th 25th March, still not received the cash in my bank. Spent hours on live chat sent documents that they asked for and they have been verified, still no cash in my bank. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Quick to take your cash though. Very frustrating.

Good modern platform for slotgames

Good modern platform for online/slot games. Everything is easy from deposit to withdrawal. Just note that you have to be verified before any actions. Sometimes there is a short delay with withdrawals but usually I receive it on the same day once it is confirmed.

Game selection is good and I like the daily bonuses when you make a deposit. Usually free spins or bonus money.

The customer service is also smooth and I have received response in reasonable time.

Won over £3,000 and they rejected…

Won over £3,000 and they rejected withdrawal.
I recently played at Casumo and won over £3,000 using bonus funds from their welcome offer. My gameplay was genuine — mostly roulette

After completing wagering requirements, my winnings were confiscated and my withdrawal denied. Casumo stated I breached bonus terms — but some of the terms they quoted in their email don’t appear anywhere on their own website. My legal advisors have also checked this

It feels as though Casumo may be applying unpublished terms to justify withholding valid winnings. I’ve raised a formal complaint and been told to wait up to 8 weeks, which seems excessive given the clarity of the issue.

I hope Casumo reviews this case transparently and resolves it fairly. I’ll update this review once it’s resolved.

Zero stars if I could - recently signed up - after winning requested £75 withdrawal - no sign of it. When tried to log back in to get rest of the money out - my details are not recognised! Unable to log in at all nothing was sent to my email either.

Extremely untrustworthy data practices

I was asked to provide a document to verify my address, all I get now in the post are bank statements, but was told I could not hide my full account details and transaction history. I wasn’t comfortable sharing that level of sensitive financial information and expected to be able to redact it, but this wasn’t accepted.

Under the UK GDPR, personal data should be limited to what is necessary for the purpose it’s collected. In my case, this felt excessive for a simple proof of address check.

I’d recommend checking their verification requirements carefully before signing up.

Withdrawal issues

I signed up to casumo before I had read the reviews so I got worried when I went to withdraw and it was taking longer than the usual sites.

I had deposited 2k and almost straight away I couldn’t play. After 5 minutes I was playing. I went down to £650 and then I couldn’t play and had to wait. This took around 3 hours. I had to do a quick questionnaire and I was back playing. I won £11000 and went I went to withdraw I had to show proof of id. Proof of address which I guess is standard but frustrating that will happily take your money but when you want to withdraw they request this. This took around 5 hours of about only 2 minutes on the actual site. Once verified it took about 12 hours for them to give me back £100 then £5000. Then wanted proof of a bank statement and the deposit I originally made. This took about 3 hours to be checked and finally the other £5000 was in my bank. A lot of back and forth but eventually all funds won I got. I didn’t take any bonuses and it was all on blackjack. So not happy but not angry. Just took a while. I’m happy to share any of this if you need support with these guys. I would probably avoid in the future because of how slow they are

Had an Issue where a Payment had not finalised to my Bank Account, I was in touch with Casumo Customer Services and was told to wait the 5 Business days for it to action to my bank.

Was Apprehensive about getting this payment back However immediately after the 5 Business days I was in touch again the Team (Tommy, Julian) got my payment actioned within the same hour. Deposited £550 today.....

Deposited £550 today, wins are so scarce it becomes boring, I tried all punt amounts from 10p up to 2gbp, u wage an absolute fortune before a bonus comes in, and then it's a pittance.

There is definately something not correct with this casino, a casino that is reulated by the UKCG.

I punted my final 100gbp purely on 10p spins, absolute waste of time.

I can only advise through experience, and my advice would be to try another casino, yes it's all luck, yes genuine casino's use rngs which are independent to the company, but this, this is somthing else down the scale.

Not a fair casino, you'd have better luck playing on a non gamstop casino.

I can only advise u address the issues related to the many complaints regarding Casumo.

Currently I would advise your GCUK license be revoked as you are clearly NOT adhering, which brings a great doubt to the governance of the industry.
