I have given you a photo/copy of my passport, 2 letters of proof of address, you have my bank account details.
Now you're requesting a copy of my bank statement, really why is this required?
That's a personal document that contains my private financial details.
Your quick to take money but you then put blockers to withdraw any money!
What I have given should be more than enough to prove my identity and my home address.
I use other online casinos and none of them request a copy of my banking statements.
I'm not comfortable giving you or anyone else for that matter a copy of a personal bank statement!
As for your chat system, It doesn't work as soon as I mention the issue it withdrawal.....
It's ridiculous!

Figured now would be a good time to put this on here.
A few years ago, made an account with casumo. Everything seemed fine for several months.
Then After those fews months my account was blacklisted on their site and I was told I was not allowed to play there any more because apparently my credit score was so bad it came up as a red flag for them. Thankfully I'm still using sites like Betfred without any problem but honestly. I would never Recommend Casumo to anyone because of their shady practices behind the scenes. My Credit Score is fine btw.

I have to say I am surprised at so many bad reviews as my experience has been quite the opposite. One deposit made and won a large sum of money on their live casino, blackjack and roulette. Withdrawal was in my account the next day. I made sure I was fully verified beforehand. Live chat advisers are always helpful and the layout on the app is very good. Will be using more regularly. good selection of games shame they took the williamhill approach and drastically lowered the RTP example when this game got released The Dog House - Muttley Crew the RTP was 94.47% now it's 91.98% all new games have lower RTP the most other sites so I would avoid them from now on look elsewhere.
