I've played age of gods 2 days a go,i found out game was a bit odd,like gave me bonus permanently from £2 I went to £100 ive withdrew,but page froze,i withdrew before and in minutes was in my account this time wasn't,wait a day or so and ive spoke with Mike,he told me was unsuccessful the withdrawal,and the team is looking at it,another day gone and haven't seen the money and I dont think that I will actually wasnt my fault the game was playing funny and I win the money clean,apparently not for them!!

Got the hat feature on huff and puff

Got the hat feature on huff and puff, game froze half way through, went on live chat said they was aware of the issue. They spoke to the software provider he said the feature resulted in a zero payout, which I keep telling Casumo is impossible.

45 days and counting…..

Still haven’t got my 9000£ that I won fairly from big bass. Every few days I contact and they tell me the ‘relevant team’ is looking at it. Longest wait for a payout I’ve ever heard about. Why would anyone want to play on this site if this is my experience and I’m sure others have faced the same issue. Get it sorted. This looks terrible on you guys and I will continue to make it public until it’s sorted

Not recommended!!!!!!!!

Ufff, i don't know how to start with this review. In 3 days I deposited 1031£ and the return to the player was less than 10% . I sent an email to have a review of my plays and didn't get any answer from them, very disrespectful....I tried to speak true live chat but not any clear answer and some kind of punishment they applied to my account because today I deposited another 150£ and the return was something like 2,40£ .... I'm very sorry that I didn't check te reviews from trust pilot before I started playing with casumo. This casino is a absolute joke I’m disgusted the way I have been treated I placed a £500 bet on blackjack before cards was even dealt I get a pop up on my screen saying I need to fill out a form about safer gambling as I tried to get off the page too carry on my bet it wouldn’t allow me too. Then I went on live support numerous times absolutely useless I emailed a complaint in waited over a week for a response for them to say they went threw everything and it was all find no game play was disrupted even tho they said in the same email that they seen when I was playing my blackjack hands that the safer gambling form popped up it’s a joke didn’t even let me see my hands or the dealers hands how is this not disrupted I want my £500 refund. And I don’t want to wait over a week for a single reply!

Terrible.

Terrible.. been on casumo for around 6 months. Depositing.. fine. But withdrawing is another story. Every withdrawal I have made over £300 is cancelled and verification is asked of me. Takes a few hours to verify and another day or so for the money to be paid out (not really a problem). This time, I’ve withdrew a good chunk of change (£520) asking for verification I’ve submitted the documents they want now reviewing. Been waiting well over a day for them to even review it. Live chat are rubbish and they all say different things and don’t know what they are talking about half the time. Let’s see what happens with this. Not hopeful.

15th Jan still waiting for documents to be reviewed.

UPDATE! Still not willing to payout or refund my deposits asking me to wait up to 8 weeks for the complaint procedure T&C stated copy off passport, proof off address I’ve sent both with bank statements but still not enough apparently I will be taking this a lot further weather that’s IBAS OMBUDSMAN OR small claims court I will be taking this further with whatever option I have to do!! 5 days now Casumo have owned me money. Should’ve received a prize on the 23rd and then a second prize on the 26th, I’m now almost through tournament 3, and they just will not pay what’s owed. It says 24 hours to pay out each, meanwhile they continue to run tournaments collecting cash. Every single day I’ve been onto live chat for like 4 days straight now and I’m fed the same lies.
