Kirsti was amazing! She made the whole process engaging with both the theory and the practical aspects. The second day was more theory heavy but still managed to keep in interesting. She made everyone feel welcome as soon as they came through the door! I hope I get to use this company again for my next first aid course when it needs to be renewed next.
