David White the engineer was fantastic. Have had a series of bad experiences with commercial dishwasher engineers but David was in a different class. Rest of service was fine but was not prompt. The delivery and installation was good. I wish that someone had asked if we needed to have our old dishwasher removed. I thought that I had asked about it but I had not and then had to pay even more to have this done despite having paid a lot for the delivery and installation. I would recommend them as service was efficient.

We had an issue with a freezer, this was replaced early this year. Last week we had the same issue, after arranging an engineers visit Catering Appliance have offered me a full refund.
Yesterday I placed an order for a new freezer (different brand) which very promptly was delivered this morning.

The rice pot No cooker no light on

Just wanted to say The Catering Appliance Superstore could not have been more helpful due to communication problems I was encountering in the area I was in when placing my order.
