I have only given this company 1 star because I had to. I would have given a minus if I could. We ordered a cat fence kit back in mid-August. Waited two weeks and heard nothing? Didn't even get an order confirmation? Called them up after searching high and low for a contact number as their website only has a 'question' panel. Didn't get a reply, unsurprisingly but eventually managed to track down a telephone number. They were very apologetic when I called and they promised it would be sent out. It turned up a full week later. That's 3 weeks since placing the order. Opened the pack and got on with the installation. Anyone who is not DIY savvy will struggle as their assembly instructions are a typed piece of paper with no helpful picture or diagrams. Imagine my disappointment when reaching the end of the installation that the pack I ordered was one roll of wire mesh short? I called them immediately and after several checks by the representative to make sure I wasn’t lying and trying to get some additional materials for free, they promised to send out the missing roll the following day. Two weeks later we still haven’t received it? I emailed them twice over three days requesting a resolution and have had no replies whatsoever. What should have been a one-day job took me over two weeks to complete because I had to order some additional wire mesh from another company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this company. Don’t throw your money away, there are other more reliable companies out there offering a far superior service.
