I bought their 4-in-1 charging station for a whopping £155 and everything about the experience has been disappointing.
Beginning with the courier, who delivered the parcel to a building on the other end of the street from me and left it out in the rain despite being tech.
After a single week of using it as intended, the station started developing dark marks from where my airpods and my ipad rest on it (in the spots where they are meant to rest). Worse, the charging ability is extremely unreliable; in addition to giving a slow charge, the magnetic connections are so dodgy that half the time my phone isn’t properly charged in the morning, and the same has happened with the watch and airpods.
To add insult to injury, I reached out to their customer support, they asked me to send pictures, and then proceeded to not reply for two weeks - have not heard a peep from them despite sending multiple emails and reaching out on social media. No phone number to be found, either, which makes you wonder if they are just waiting out the complaints until it’s too late for a return/refund.
To be honest I am shocked Apple is partnering with this brand, as the product and service have been substandard and unprofessional from
start to finish.

Very bad experience. I bought the Zens Pro 2 Wireless Charger 20W and it broke down in less than a month. The ZENS Dual & Apple Watch Aluminium Wireless Charger stopped charging my phone after less than 3 months. I wanted to give them one final chance and bought the Zens Pro 3, which just arrived and doesn’t even work. Total rip-off. I will send it back and want a refund. Scam.

The hinge on my Zens magnetic nightstand charger became defective after 3 months of use. I submitted a warranty claim on the Zens website and immediately received an email from customer service. I sent two photos and a video documenting the issue. They acknowledged the defect and are sending me a new unit. I am very happy with their quick and easy resolution to my problem and their curteous communication.

The customer service was exceptional. I had an issue with the product turning on and the company troubleshooted it with me. When unable to fix the issue was able to honor the warranty. Communication was excellent. Will definitely buy more products from this company.

Works ok but it does not connect to our iPhones as easily as our other Zens products. If not placed perfectly, will disconnect and not charge. Very disappointed!

I bought a quattro phone charger and one of the 4 chargers stopped working after 5 months of use. I emailed support and after a brief exchange they sent me another one free of charge. They held up their warranty and have great customer service.

Firstly, I just love the product (Zens Nightstand Charger Pro 2). It's sleek, well designed, beatiful and works really well.
And on top of that, I really want to applaud them for their customer service. For the first charger I ordered arrived, FedEx said it was delivered, yet there was no package. I let Zens know, and even though it wasn't really their fault, they refunded me the money with no problems. I really appreciated that.

While im bummed my new zens wont charge my samsung watch 8 as well, im still loving it. I love thay it charges my samsung fold 6. My cat loki has quite the mischievous personality and has broken through it twice, with his strong chompers, I love that he cant get to it. I love my zens charger.

Saw the magnetic nightstand charger at the Apple store that looked and performed exactly as I was looking for but only came in one color which I did not want and it was sold out. Looked all over on line to find a similar one but couldn’t until I found the manufacturer’s website. They had what I was looking for in the color I wanted. Even tho they were based outside of the U.S., purchasing was very fast and easy. When I had a question they were very responsive. I am extremely happy with this company and would purchase from them again if the need arises.
