Causeway Heating installed my boiler and have serviced it for me over a number of years, so when the boiler failed to work on a very cold an icy day I called them. They were superb. The polite and efficient engineer called the same day and fixed the problem. The call out charge was explained at the time of the call and very reasonable. I could not recommend this company more highly.

I called Causeway and an Engineer came out the same day (after work which was a bonus) he diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix to give me water and heating for the night.

I was telephoned the next day by the same Engineer with a cost for the new part and installation of same. This was fitted later on the same day.

I had a leak in my boiler so called Causeway heating. The guys were very helpful and efficient. Ray came to my house , talked trough the issue and explained what had to be done. I would highly recommend Causeway heating to anyone I speak to. Very professional service and fantastic team of people.

Came out promptly to diagnose fault. Charged me £1100 to sort it out, then when they left, the new timer they advised me to get fitted doesn't work the boiler.
They came out to check it and charged another £60, to drain system because previous engineer set pressure too high, and adjusted the thermostat they fitted. Said it would be fine, and the fault is exactly the same still.
When I questioned them they denied draining the system because it was too full, apparently he did this for no reason, but charged for it.
After spending nearly £1200 to fix the boiler it still has a fault that it didn't have till they worked on it. For a few hundred pounds more I could have had a completely new boiler, and none of this hassle.
Now getting someone else out to fix their problem.
I would not recommend using them.

Had the boiler replaced and kitchen fitted with Causeway in November. Fantastic service from start to finish. Ray came out and gave us a price and was very honest about what needed to be done. We also had a look at the kitchens and decided to get both done! Project managed throughout and kept fully informed of what was happening when. Tony did a great job listening to our needs and planning a kitchen around them. Really could not be happier with the whole process and outcome. Tony was here throughout making sure everything was positioned and fitted to perfection. We now have a kitchen to be proud of, a boiler working fully and more space so Causeway can come and do the bathroom next. Would never use another company after using Causeway. Great service throughout. I’m often found standing in the kitchen smiling at how fab it looks and what great quality it is. Thank you so much for doing such a great job and making the process stress free!

Fantastic service and really fast! Had a problem with the boiler over December and Christmas and this made no difference. They came out super fast then installed a new boiler. Really efficient service - lovely lads - kept us up to date the whole way through. Can’t thank you enough!

Boiler pilot light went out on the night of the 23rd December and we couldn’t get it back on. Rang up Causeway and they came out the next morning (Christmas Eve), they were able to fix the issue we had promptly and for a very reasonable price given the urgency and time of year. Very happy, would recommend.

This company delivered a complete turnkey service for a new boiler without any hassle at all . I have since had a third party issue with an appliance which they dealt with very quickly indeed and on that basis I had no hesitation in directing a friend to them for service .
A first rate local company who really go out of their way to satisfy the customer .

I have had two new boiler installations in Warrington over the last 18 months and both times the service has been exemplary and the cost competitive. One tenant had an issue with lack of heating and Causeway came out to the property and rectified the problem immediately. Wholeheartedly recommended.
